Great location just a short walk to the coast with a wonderful view, and walk to the beach. The room was lovely and quiet, clean with a great breakfast. It is also well located for nice restaurants. We stayed for almost a week and it is a really good place to be to explore Dorset as well.

Room ok but early deliveries that were noisy were annoying. The room heater control was not working had to twice go to reception and they altered the main control on their office. Second evening the room was warmer. Bed comfortable and nice shower

Stayed here for two nights in a premier plus room. Very clean and comfy room. Parking was easy and reasonable priced. It’s well located and easy to walk to the shops and the beach. My only issue was I asked for a sugar sachet for my hot chocolate and the staff member told me it had enough sugar in it! I found him really rude which I did tell him it was none of his business! Sadly if he keeps telling people his opinions premier inn will lose customers.

Never done self check in before,but it was easy to follow. Room was nice and airy. No drawers to put anything in just small shelf. Nice bed and extra pillows. Good breakfast,but no mushrooms,or oj. Bit peeved when returning from night out to find lift not working,as my wife is disabled. Could do with grab rail by shower.

Second time visiting here, room was very nice, premier room. Still shower over the bath was poor though, service not great, first time ever staff wouldn’t store luggage as we arrived slightly early, slow service at breakfast as well not the best premier inn

The room was very good, comfortable we paid for the plus and had a fridge which was a bonus. The staff were very helpful polite. The room was clean bed linen fresh and towels. The gels and shower soaps dispensers didn't work but we brought out own. The coffee machine had only 4 coffee pods for over 3 days. But got more milk and coffee. The extractor fan in bathroom didn't extract any steam after a shower leaving floor slipper. We are in the restaurant once reasonable meal. A little pricey £3.99 for a portion of onion rings which we not a lot of quality at all. Could have got a 2 piece chicken and chips for that That put us of eating at the restaurant so we got stuff in or went out The hotel is in a great location and we have stayed many times as my son is at university down there. We will be back and hope that some of these points will be considered.

I stayed for 2 nights at end of November. Everything was great , reasonable sized room, good shower and bathroom. The best are the staff at breakfast Jozef was very hospitable and friendly as was the cook who prepared the cooked breakfast. The hotel is only a few minutes from the cliff down to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the town centre. The bonus being £100 b&b for one person for two nights, a very good off season price

As always Premiere Inns didn’t disappoint. Bournemouth west Cliff well situated for the town and beach, staff were friendly and helpful and as a plus has a very convenient, comfortable and welcoming bar area straight off of reception. The room clean and comfortable and loved the big rainfall shower head over the bath that was a treat. Premiere Inns always our first choice because you know what you’re getting and prices very competitive. £107 for 2 nights town centre even out of season we felt was a bargain.
