Comfortable bed, and decent breakfast is the AM. If I need a room in Bowling Green, I will go again. The staff had a hard time sending the receipt, but figured it out! A big thank you for that. Since I'm handicapped, my parking was great, but the parking lot was plenty big.

The property was nice and well kept. The room itself appeared mostly clean. However, I dropped an earring back and went searching on the floor it and found less than clean conditions around the beds.

Pros: Tons of food and shopping nearby Cons: Tons of food and shopping nearby. I know your saying what??? The problem with the tremendous amount of choices nearby is that the traffic is also TREMENDOUS. But this is the only issue with this hotel. It is extremely pet friendly but I can honestly say that those guests with pets seemed to be placed together and I was not bothered by any pet noise. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. They need to work a little on the exercise room equipment but that was minor. The free breakfast was unique, but very good. It is a small hotel, 3 floors but probably not more than 50 rooms so the parking was very adequate and close. Security of the hotel also very good.

I would have liked fresh towels and my bed made up but perhaps they don’t offer that.

I stayed at this hotel and it was old, smelly and dirty. I had to put a sheet n the couch before I could it on it. The floor was so dirty, my shoes stuck to it. I do not understand how it can be a traveler's choice unless it was renovated in 2023.

I stayed at home2 suites recently for a business trip to Bowling Green Kentucky I found that the staff was very friendly the hotel was very clean the rooms were spacious and enjoyable, I liked the set up of this hotel and I’ve been a diamond member for almost 10 years.

I had a wonderfull stay at Hotel under new management ,what a differens staff friendly you need something they provide breakfast upgraded from old version not every day same food thank you all. Great work Ted and his team and im sure our company will use you in futere.

The hotel was "packed," but I didn't feel like I was just a number. Cleanliness and perfect hospitality are the best at this hotel.
