I arrived very late and i admit i should have called. I was told by the hotel to contact ******* to be reinstated. The hotel gave me the number. I called *******. ******* called the hotel and the hotel/person at the front desk said that they were not the person to do the reinstating, and the person or manager was not available. The hotel had rooms and had me listed as "staying", so they could get my $200, but couldn't give me my room for a few hours. Unbelievable!
