マイクロテル イン & スイーツ バイ ウィンダム ボーズマン(Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bozeman)

When we arrived the front desk attendant was pretty rude. When asked about the Jacuzzi we were told it was down and she had a lot of attitude. Definitely hope we get a new attendant if we stay there again.

It was an average stay. However, the pool was out of order and the blow dryer in the room was broken. Also, the walls seemed very thin as I could hear the people next door quite easily. Beds were comfy though.

We were so disappointed when we checked in to learn that the pool and hot tub were down. We came to Nordic ski and wanted to soak after long ski days. Then the water shut off during the day after our ski, so we couldn’t shower and had to go into town to eat sweaty and cold. Everything was clean enough. I just wish we had been given the option to cancel without a fee given that amenities were broken.

The property would not check us in stating they did not have our reservation. The front desk person Dee was rude and short tempered. I even called a week in advance to double check the reservation. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not even my dogs would stay there.

The front desk clerk was curt and totally flippant. The manager came in so I repeated my concerns, broken phone in room no towels, was given a regular room and I had booked a suite. The manager said, and I quote, "well I'll look in to that but if you are going to be a disgruntled guest maybe you should just go elswhere" I have NEVER been treated this badly.

The bed was stiff, breakfast was under par. The small, really small bagel & 2 muffins I got were hard & dry.

The maid stole our perfume from our room. She came in places 2 towels in the bathroom. Took the trash from the bathroom amd the main room saw the perfume, left the trash on the window seal. Didnt make the beds or do anything.. took the perfume and ran Hotel danced around the idea of what we were to do! Will never stay at any microhotel or whyndam related properties.

It was excellent. I was there for business and medical. My guy got to relax and enjoy the pool/ jacuzzi plus catch up on his rest. He commented on how clean plus quiet so he could rwst while i was gone all day. He is a light sleeper so that speaks Volumnes! Breakfast was nice, Great Coffee and Clean area! Cleanliness means a lot! We will Definitely return here when returning to Bozeman plus be willing to check out other Microtels.

All around great stay. Robyn and her co-workers did everything they could to make our stay perfect. Great team.
