Residence Inn Bozeman Downtown

Extremely clean and well maintained. Breakfast was yummy, but fruit should be thrown when brown. If juice machine is down, provide bottle juice. Fridge, stove, microwave were very nice. Very well equipped kitchen. TV was huge and swiveled for viewing from kitchen, lounge or bed. Shower and bathroom are good size and nice to use. Staff was extremely friendly--especially the young people at the front desk.

Location to downtown Bozeman is ideal! Hotel has covered parking which was an added bonus in the snow. Comfortable beds with multiple pillow options. Only complaint, was that our conditioner/shampoo dispensers were empty. Loved the kitchenette and room layout.

The young man at the desk was very friendly and helpful! So fun to have such a friendly person help us. I think it is a Montana thing.

Excellent hotel for families looking to be on Main St but also have easy driving access to all the best day trip locations, including Big Sky and Yellowstone.

My husband and I loved the stay. Location is great, quiet but so close to Main street.The lady who checked us in was so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable The balcony was a plus with a mountain view. The only problem we had was the guest upstairs made lots of noise even after 11pm. We had a hard time to fall asleep. I guess the sound proof of the ceiling needs some improvement. I was happy to see the breakfast was served with real ceramic plates and bowls and mugs and silverwares. But I just don't understand why they have to use those little plastic cups for guests to just have a drink of water or and fill the batter to make waffle. If they can use paper cup for coffee, why not using paper cup for water, juice and waffle mix. I sure hope i will see the change in all hotels.

I was in town for a seminar which they did a room block for the hotel. So they knew plenty of guests would be present. The food at breakfast looked gross, and they were poor at refilling utensils and food options. House keeping was a weird experience, you could tell they came but barely, took soap from the bathrooms and didn’t put any new back, would half make the bed then other half completely unmade, didn’t clean the dishes or kitchen in the suite. Just seemed like each department of employees are not self starters and half ass jobs. This is probably my first review ever written about a hotel, you’d get better service at some random motel probably. Coming back in January and not staying here.

The place was very new and modern, great style and set up. Overall it was so close to excellent ! A few things, the parking is a charge and for the cost of the hotel I thought that was inappropriate. The breakfast area was a lot of great options just messy and not upkeep- kinda gross with crumbs and stuff everywhere. The pool was so pretty but VERY cold! I loved our beds and the amazing amount of space in the room! Very nice. The college girl at the front desk was a little rude. I asked her why a homeless man was in the lobby as I felt that was generous but also gross and not really Marriott standards and she ignored me. Super easy walking to downtown Loved the happy hour new bartender - he was so nice and chatty! Great wine and beer selection. Checkout at noon was so nice to not rush!

The ac in two rooms would either not work properly or would stop working. First night it got up to 87 in the room. After moving rooms at 3am we were able to go back to sleep. Second night it was in mid 70s.

Room was great-shower design a little odd but ok. Staff was friendly and had a lot of info and suggestions as we were traveling and here for one night. Fitness room and jacuzzi were wonderful. Breakfast fully stocked. Had parking for oversized vehicles which we appreciated. Definitely stay here when beck in town.
