Premier Inn Bradford Central

I would totally avoid this hotel until they confirm they have sorted out their sewage problem. Overnight my room became unbearable with the most foul smell. If I had not been so tired I would have gone to reception to complain. When complaining in the morning the staff actually know there is a problem that is being waited to be sorted out. They should at least warn you of the problem when checking in!!

I was visiting the Keighley & worth valley railway for the weekend so I chose this premier inn as it was close to Bradford interchange. The man on reception confirmed my booking and said " good news, you aren't sleeping in the park tonight ! " Did he think I was homeless??? Despite this it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay and I will be visiting again.

Wonderful hotel warm friendly staff. Multi storey parking close by £1.50 for 24hours bargain. Breakfast was good. Breakfast area very busy and perhaps could have done with more staff. Other than that a fully enjoyable stay in a hotel with an updated and modern feel. Usb and usb c charging ports happy days

The bed are very comfortable. The room are clean, tidy and quiet for rest. They provide excellent breakfast and the staff is very nice. However, the hotel do not provide personal hygiene products such as shampoo and toothbrush. Also, I cannot connect wifi.

We stayed at Bradford Premier Inn in order to attend the Leeds International Piano Competition. Everything about our stay was first class. The staff are largely what make this hotel extra special, every single one of them helpful, friendly and professional. Angela, who was serving dinner and working in the bar, was outstanding. She has a heart of gold and gave us superb service. Her daughter, who is duty manager, was also excellent, sorting out our heating/air conditioning in seconds. The breakfast was superb, cooked to order on our first morning and after that served as a buffet. Joe was wonderful and we’re grateful to him for his friendly help. In all, this was a brilliant stay. The off-site car park was extremely cheap (£4.50 for three nights).

Me and my mum stayed here this week, for an overnight stay. We stayed in Room 106 which has recently been furnished and we both had a great sleep. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. In particular, a lovely lady called Angela. Nothing at all was too much trouble for her. Angela is a real credit to the hotel and deserves the recognition. We will definately be returning.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile by a gentleman on reception ,he accommodated us with a disabled parking spot at back of hotel and proceeded to give us our door key and information and said enjoy your stay with us.

We stayed as a family on the 7th floor, the room had just been renovated and it was lovely. The room could have done with been cleaned better and despite asking for a room clean we only got towels put on the bed. The manager was great and himself and another staff member sorted the room for us as housekeeping had left for the day. The hotel was being refurbished and the stairwell was closed which wasn’t great but will have been finished now. Breakfast was nice and again staff were happy to accommodate requests. Also a shame that it doesn’t mention clean air charge in the city centre on the website as we got charged £36 which we didn’t know about as never been to the area.

Our stay at this premier inn was great, the whole stay was great, from the breakfast to the evening meal to the comfort of the beds there was nothing to complain about. Will definitely be back again next year
