This is my favourite hotel to stay I love rooms styles and everything else.

I've used this property over the years but it is showing its age. Room is dark, insufficient plugs for electronic. When there is no plug for the sink that is sign of not being eco-friendly. Access to Queen Street is very difficult. Rooms are clean, free breakfast is ok. Had to move rooms when I arrived as the key didn't work. The staff is friendly and supportive.

Pleasant stay, room and bathroom was clean. The room was cold and the heater wasn’t working. Also the internet for the tv wasn’t working well. There was a lot of interruptions watching tv. But honestly, it was still a peasant stay. I didn’t expect the room and place to be that clean

I chose this property because of its proximity to an appointment I had, which was perfect. However, there was mold in the shower, the vanity had a large broken chunk missing, the bottom 3 inches of the bathroom door was rotting. The lighting was poor throughout and the only available plug in outlet was so worn that whatever I plugged in kept falling out.

The actual place was not bad and suited my needs. There were a number of people seated on picnic tables in the dark that was concerning. Wasn’t sure if they were guests or homeless people. Was a bit shady.

The property needs alot of renovations my room had quite a few errors that could be enhanced the wallpaper was peeling off on the walls and the bathtub and shower kept dripping water. Also better equipment ie. Tv and other appliances. Around the property the parking alot needs to be redone as it has alot of pot holes and parking lines are faded making it difficult to see where the parking spot is.

The hotel staff were all very friendly. The breakfast options were nice (waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage, muffins, yogurt, fruit). Unfortunately in our room there was a lot of peeling wallpaper, the sofa/sofa bed had crumbs on it and there was a black hair in the shower. The bed itself was clean and comfortable though, the room was bigger than I expected and the Tv was actually a decent size. Too bad the cleanliness wasn’t better because this would be a fantastic hotel otherwise.

Decent place but rooms need to be updated with newer furniture that isn't broken, Cable/TV wasn't working, Gym was out of order. Bed was clean with new linens (with a small stain on bedding). A lighter was jammed down the drain in our bathroom sink as well. Laminate floor in our room was loose when walking on it. A/C was good, and easy to control and kept the room cool on the hot days. Breakfast was decent, but food ran out quickly and wasn't refilled quickly during peak hours during breakfast.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating, but the room was poor. There was a leak from the ceiling that was dripping onto the toilet making it impossible to use the bathroom without getting wet. This was not noticed until late in the evening of the first nights stay. Additionally, the plug sockets seemed unsafe as they would not retain plugs - they would just fall out. We had planned to stay two nights, but left after one night due to these issues. The manager offered a change to a different room, but it did not meet our needs as a family. I am disappointed in this experience and will for certain not stay at this facility again.
