Pool was closed breakfast was horrible and over early. Worst

Room 504/505. Very disappointed in this Baymont. Room 504 had a sheet over the couch with nasty stains. Someones leftover nasty shirt was left in the room. Dirty mat in shower. No toilet paper holder so it just sat on the counter. Shower drained very very slow. Room 505 no toilet paper holder. Bathroom door was peeling from water damage. Toilet would not flush unless you held down the handle the whole time. No hot breakfast and under construction. Elevator had a very powerful room spray in it that was over powering. Overall worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Cameras on every floor. When asked about that was told to catch smokers. Do better.

The room was nicely appointed and those things that one expects to need regular cleaning were okay. But the wall by the bed looked like some hand been wiping boogers on it or throwing mac-n-cheese on it. There was no hot breakfast and pastries were moldy. The restroom off the side of the lobby was dirty -- the log showed it hadn't been cleaned in 3 months.

We live in Branson and had an emergency where our camper lost heat and electricity. Needed a place to stay for a couple of nights while it was cold and we could get a repair guy out. Booked this hotel on the app and received a call within 15 minutes that the hotel was cancelling our booking because they don't book to locals. So frustrating!! They didn't care we were in an emergency situation and trying to find something reasonable to get some warmth for the night. Definitely will not be recommending then to friends and family that come to visit!

Property has seen its better days. The tub and sink was cracked in our room along with cobwebs all over the bathroom. The bed was basically a pull out couch frame.

Pro's- good location on the *****. beds comfortable. room/linen clean. In door swimming pool. Coffee in room. Cleaning staff nice and confrontable. Front desk girl very nice. Con's- room 223 Only 1 coffee cup. No cups to brush teeth. Had to ask for linen for second day and still no wash cloths. Luckily had one from home with me. Toilet loose. Carpet squishy wet in front of heater/air unit. Parking lot wierd & very dark on west end that has wheelchair parking.

Accused of smoking in room and getting charged 250$. We do not smoke. Hot tub was ok, zero towels. Bugs (flies, lady bugs) in window. We are on 5th floor. Crack in wall.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. The coffee was pretty good for hotel coffee! Good location. We didn’t get stuck in traffic on a busy holiday weekend.
