サウザンドヒルズリゾートホテル(Thousand Hills Resort Hotel)

Hotel was just OK. They were off season, so we didn't find out until we got there that the restaurant and bar were closed (just breakfast buffet which was extra $). Our stay was during the Artic freeze, which made it even more challenging to get out for food. No daily cleaning in rooms, you had to go or call to get supplies.

This was probably the place to stay 30 years ago. Our furnace didn't keep the temperature steady and the maintenance guy just said it was a design flaw and offered no real solutions. Dining room chairs were wobbly. No dining or coffee shop available throughout the day.

Hotel exterior and lobby was in good shape. However my bathroom door and room door lock were extremely hard to lock. The shower had like warm water that lasted 3 mins, the room wasn't cleaned other than the bed being made. There was what looked like blood on a towel, filthy bathtub, dirty bathroom floor.

Everything was great. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing… The staff was friendly and very efficient during a busy check-in with a long line they offer a free drink when you check in which is nice plenty of luggage carts do access the rooms by elevators, but there are five, so we never waited long, the only downsize was the parking it’s up a hill and if you get in late, you’re lucky if you can find a spot. They are starting a remodel, and I will definitely return as the location amenities and staff we’re all above my expectations for the rate that we paid

The pool is great! I love the swim-through, indoor/outdoor pool. We told the reception about a slow shower drain, and it was resolved quickly. Surprisingly good service. Thanks

heater unit squeaked all night. tv remote broke, debris behind tables where house keeping didnt bother to sweep. someone elses socks in a drawer

This is a nice hotel, off the main ***** by a block, yet by a lot of attractions. The travel time to most of our shows/attractions we went to was very minimal! We stayed here during NYE weekend and the concierge was in lobby to make ticket reservations for us at a cheap price! There is a restaurant on the bottom floor of the hotel if you want to stay in for the evening and have dinner. It was very good and you got big portions! My only complaint about my whole stay is we asked for towels 4 times and never received them. We did have the do not disturb sign up but we were told they would be laid outside our room. Other than that we had a great stay and will probably stay here again!

Our room was on the top floor and very spacious. Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. Our only issue was the tv. The hotel had the volume set so low we only heard a part of what we were watching. The remote would not increase the volume to a normal level.

Our room was the worst room we have ever stayed in. I have pictures of what we seen. Our light fixture in the bathroom was total deep rust, the door had the oak veneer peeling off of it, the bathroom was dirty, the carpet was old and dirty, everything was old and smeared with stuff. Worse though was I wanted a corner window room, wasn't ready and told it was better for my husband in this room so I went with it. But I paid big money for the other room and did not get a price change for this dump.
