Everything was great, location is excellent to attractions and food. Only issue was the people above us was up all night and stomped every step they took and they walked around alot.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was a little dated. Air conditioning didn’t work well, so it was a little warm at night (for me). Bathroom smelled like mold and the bathtub wasn’t the cleanest. The water was nice and hot at night but during the morning it wouldn’t get above lukewarm. The hot tub was also out of service and was one of the main reasons we stayed at this hotel.

Have stayed in cheaper hotels in Branson that were much cleaner & more comfortable. Staff was nice, nothing exceptional. Parking lot is horrible & feels very sketchy. We only stayed here bc our go-to was closed for the season. Will not be coming back. Overpriced, imo. Bug was in the bathroom when we checked in.

This property has depreciated quite a bit since our last visit to the area. The staff is warm and welcoming, which is a saving grace. We went out for dinner, went for a swim, and then returned to shower and get ready for bed. My partner noticed the bathroom floor was in standing water around the toilet. We thought maybe from our showers but the floor was dry near the shower door. When I used the toilet, I felt toilet water pouring out & hitting the back of my legs. I looked down and saw old dried urine all over the toilet and floor at the base, and there I noticed the water rushing from an area in the back of the toilet and splashing onto my legs. Literally DISGUSTED. I immediately called front desk and they happily relocated our room and provided 2 breakfast vouchers, their efforts were appreciated but in vain. Once we got to the next room, it was filthy. There were cup rings and sticky substances on the table, desk, and nightstands, the tub was unused but had long dark hair in it and again, the bathroom/toilet was filthy. I literally had to go to Walmart next door and buy Clorox spray, a sponge, and gloves and cleaned it myself. No further discounts or accomodations were offered so needless to say, we will stay elsewhere next time.

Property blatantly lies about the size of their beds. Beds are not queens. Paid extra for a bigger “premium” room and was given a room the same size room as my friends, I just paid more. Apparently this place has had a bed bud problem very recently. Beds and pillows are terrible. Will absolutely never stay here again. Would rather stay at a super 8.

There is a reason this hotel was $126 for a weekend. To start it took 30 plus minutes to check in because only one person was working the front desk. When checking in you better walk in with all your personal information as they need (card, ID of both people staying in the room, and your car license plates) The coffee shop and bar were closed due to “off season” which was a let down. We booked a double queen and was given a double full. The rooms are okay but super outdated, and the bathroom is extremely small! Went to the hot tub and it was not very warm, and if you like chlorine splashing in your face because of the angle of the jets then you will love it. Would not recommend.

Hotel was just OK. They were off season, so we didn't find out until we got there that the restaurant and bar were closed (just breakfast buffet which was extra $). Our stay was during the Artic freeze, which made it even more challenging to get out for food. No daily cleaning in rooms, you had to go or call to get supplies.

This was probably the place to stay 30 years ago. Our furnace didn't keep the temperature steady and the maintenance guy just said it was a design flaw and offered no real solutions. Dining room chairs were wobbly. No dining or coffee shop available throughout the day.

Hotel exterior and lobby was in good shape. However my bathroom door and room door lock were extremely hard to lock. The shower had like warm water that lasted 3 mins, the room wasn't cleaned other than the bed being made. There was what looked like blood on a towel, filthy bathtub, dirty bathroom floor.
