The receptionist named Marian has very bad attitude and he is very rude. He started screaming & offended me when we asked to change our booking ( and asked me why I made reservation with booking and not with the hotel directly . And he said that booking received more money than hotel for that reason he didn’t want to help) & He asked my age & started giving me suggestions ! This is unacceptable! I've never met anyone worse than him,kicking the Costomer !When I asked to speak with the manager he ignored me & told me “come if u want tomorrow&wait , I don’t know if he would come” . Before our arrival we sent several emails but nobody responded back. We were switched from room our first night because jakuzzi had problem ( the lady from reception (Maria)came to our room and told us that she felt sorry & we should change room ) and our “new” next room had again problem ( bathroom) ( I called her & checked again ). So our first night ruined & early in the morning we packed our luggage & left ( missed 3 night )!My girlfriend and I travel to Europe and outside Europe many times. We know what good service entails. I am not happy with the way i’ve been treated. It doesn’t matter how many stars do you have if the service of welcoming is zero , hospitality plays a fundamental role. You told us that we would have a great stay & u made the best to ruin it . And after all these they asked from booking to charge me 1500 RON for the mess ! Totally crazy!
