The bedroom (junior suite) is perfect for a couple. We were extremely comfortable and the room itself is new and beautifully designed. The location of the hotel is right in the Old Town, which is stunning and wonderful to traverse. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff just terrific. We were in need of a doctor and they made the happen for us.
First things first - booked online, pictures looking great , upon arrival the situation changed slightly ... even that we booked the 4 star section of the hotel and we got the room there (it has a 3 star section also, but I doubt I want to know how that is looking like after seeing the 4 star room), but yes you pay like for a 4 star hotel - and in Brasov in the summer - end of July, full holidays season is not a small amount I can tell you. Still , it was suiting a purpose - we only spent 3 nights here so it is not the end of the world. A few ”minuses” - dated furniture showing signs of wear, a slight musty scent despite of the odorants used during house keeping, the minibar overpriced like beyond belief plus the door of the small fridge was not closing properly unless you ”persuaded” it a little bit, shower booth very small by any standard, very average breakfast - to say the least- if spend more than a few days here you just give up on it in have breakfast in the city, plus during breakfast the tables were cleaned between customers with great delay, staff was more busy with their morning chat (and making some very unappropriated comments in Romanian about some Muslim guests attending breakfast - not all your customers are foreigners people! be a bit careful with your tongues.) Some ”pluses” - the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable nothing to complain, hotel was not noisy from my perspective, free parking and we could always find a spot to park, supermarket 2 minutes walking from the hotel, historical center very close to the hotel , 10-12 minutes walk and you are there, they got breakfast, even that is boring and limited in options, at least you got something, very fast check in and check out. And the tropical fish tank in the lobby area is excellent! Overall not a bad option, not 4 star from my perspective - I've seen hotels on 5 continents - this is not 4 ... more like 3-ish ... price to quality ratio needs improvement... still we had a good stay , we only needed a place to sleep and shower so it suited the purpose since the majority of time we were out of the room.
Wonderful experience. The reception staff is amazing, always smiling and ready to help at any moment. They make the difference between a good and excellent stay. The room was great, high technology and interesting design. The food in the restaurant is also amazing.
Our stay was a mixed bag: an impressive façade and spacious accommodations but significant shortcomings in facility management and staff conduct. We booked a premium suite to celebrate my wife’s birthday with our daughters amid the picturesque mountain scenery. We were initially impressed, but issues soon became apparent. Inoperative in-suite sauna, a defective window, an unstable chair armrest, tired old mattresses, no plug near the coffee maker are examples in our suite. Despite assurances of repair from reception staff, the sauna was never fixed, and staff were dismissive when inquired about. Cristina at reception was particularly discourteous and unprofessional. The breakfast buffet fell short of expectations: inadequate replenishment of food and beverage items, cold eggs, and uncleaned tables. The swimming pool area, though aesthetically pleasing, posed safety hazards due to slippery floors. Inflatable toys for kids were all pierced and unusable. We observed kitchenware being soaked in the hotel pond while returning to the hotel at night -> a potential food safety issue? When trying to discuss the issues with the manager on duty at check-out, we were told (by Cristina) that there was none that day. If true, that might explain the operational deficiencies. Inconsistent service quality and neglect of maintenance indicate a disregard for customer satisfaction and operational standards. Improvements in management and infrastructure would be needed to align with expectations of discerning travellers. Overall, an unpleasant 'aftertaste' outweighs the positive aspects of our stay. We'll only consider coming back to this establishment if big changes are implemented.

It's a old and very large house that has been gutted and redone is a very unique and appealing interior. The rooms are all a bit funky, with angles and some steps, interesting furniture and fixtures. It's a great location near the center of town. There is a roof deck with great views. The rooms are quiet. The breakfast room is small, so you have to sign up for a time, but it worked well, and the buffet had tasty, typical choices. I did not rate it Outstanding because the Air Conditioning in my room was broken and the room faced the setting sun, so it got very hot. I called several times to complain, and was told they would get it working. When it got to 21h30 and my room was still 25 degrees, I asked to be moved to another room, which they then did, and the AC was working. But I had the hassle of having to repack in order to move

ゲゲストOur stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and hospitality was exceptional. We were immediately offered a convenient parking spot, which was a great start. The room was absolutely wonderful: clean, cozy, and with a pleasant decor. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was thoughtfully provided. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. Breakfast was a particular highlight. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, ensuring no one left hungry. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values quality, comfort, and attention to detail. We will definitely be returning!
ゲゲストWe were greeted by a guy at the reception. Chillest and kindest receptionist i’ve ever met. We got a double premium, and it was good enough for a couple that was using it as a place to sleep/shower only. Hotel has a lot of relatively new facilities, such as: parking under your balcony, a grill, picnic area, some sort of wooden hot tubs outside, location very close to the center, and these are only some if the things we have used. Breakfast was great imo. It’s a buffet style consisting of fruits/vegetables, sweet/normal bread, eggs, sausages, cheeses, and other stuff, along with coffee/tea/water/juice. Didnt have to deal with the lady everyone is talking avout in the comments, didn’t see her there. Cheers to the receptionist, he was always there to make sure you dont have unanswered questions. Cons: Stayed 3 nights, the only “room service” was a guy that asked if we have any garbage. Towels were not changed (but i didnt bother to ask them about that). Even if the breakfast was good, it was repetitive. Lacks a “do not disturb/room needs cleaning” door sign.
