Very friendly staff but problem with amenities which come with premier inn plus rooms No refills and you have to ask for vouchers WiFi wise ! Breakfast juices less than nectar quality stumbled eggs very bad

Do not stay in this 'hotel'. I was surprised that my room was not really that clean when I arrived. We only had one towel. The basin was dirty. Actually not sure if the sheets were clean! I asked the person on reception for another towel and it was handed to me without an apology. After the first night the room was not serviced so I asked reception staff AGAIN when they would be doing it and they told me 'soon'. On returning late the room hadn't been done and our wet towels were still in a pile. Went to reception AGAIN. Handed towels again and pointed to the tea and milk. Honestly, I wondered if they expected me to clean the room myself. We will never stay there again. Stayed in many Premier Inns before and have always had our rooms cleaned and towels changed after each night. This one is awful.

We have just stayed at this hotel and went to our car in the hotels underground car park this morning after checking out only to discover that our car had been broken into. The back windscreen had been shattered and our belongings stolen. Upon reporting this to reception they informed us that they were already aware of us and 3 other cars it had happened to, but didn't think to tell us or the other victims. They also told us this was happening "every other night " This begs the question why did they not tell us this was happening and give us the opportunity to empty the boot of our estate car and leave the cover off so that it would have been obvious it was empty. The hotel staff couldn't have cared less and simply gave us a crime number. When we asked for a dustpan and brush we weren't lent one and were told to just " brush it on the floor". DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK Our car would have been safer parked on a street. Absolutely shocking

First time staying here. Great location for Kew Gardens and great nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Although there were only two of us our room was huge, and with floor to ceiling windows it was very bright. It was on the side away from the road so pretty quiet with a nice outlook. The underground car park was, not surprisingly, pretty dingy. Not sure I would want to be there at night although we didn’t see any problems. Overall great value and a much better option than another budget hotel nearby which has really gone downhill.

A three night stay to visit Kew Gardens and the National Archives. We were lucky with the weather as it was a little bit of a walk from tube stations, but we soon got used to it. The room was comfortable (as would be expected from Premier Inn) and the staff at breakfast were exceptionally helpful, friendly and polite. Only minus point, they don't seem to do pain au rasin at breakfast anymore!

Major building work in front of hotel causing disruption. No ultimate wifi when it should have been included. Breakfast was a disaster, no seats, then when was seated no cups, plates or cutlery. didn't all come at the same time and didn't get a drink until after finishing breakfast, some food missing from breakfast, ran out of bread for toast and no fruit left at all, this was at 07:45. No member of staff on check out most of the time.

Have stayed many times before, but this time I booked a family room as it was all that was available and upon turning back up at the hotel only the double bed had been made up. No problem I thought I'll jut get us a quilt and we can use both beds, as even a twin is a double and the couch made up. However the staff made it a real problem saying they didn't know if they had any quilts or where to find them they would have to go and search when the bar was closed, so maybe 30 mins to go and look. Ok, so I waited from 11.30pm to around midnight but no show, my son went down to check and he said he was told we had booked the wrong type of room, so I had to go down and make a real fuss to get us a quilt, which duly turned up 2 mins later.....but I shouldn't have to do this. The staff just didn't want to supply a quilt, even after proving I had booked a family room, as I had printed the confirmation out, we just wanted to go to sleep, not argue over a quilt. We were also told by email we could book an early check-in from 11.00 for £10.00, ok handy I thought.....but when we asked upon arrival at 11.10am the staff just laughed and said no chance. OK no big deal, but why say you can? Then for breakfast the next day, when we came down there was no sausage, bacon, mushrooms or Black pudding out. Sausages and Black pudding turned up later on during the breakfast but not mushrooms or bacon. In fairness we were only there 15mins or so and had to shoot, but even so, bad planning on the chefs part. We have stayed many times and location is good and the place is ok, but the standard has gone down hill recently,
