Our stay was really good as I was worried being a holiday Inn , but how wrong was it supassed all my expectations from the quality of food to the amenities to the welcoming of the staff when you walk through the door. Would I stay here again? Definitely we had the best weekend using the spa facilities the Marco Perry restaurant and all the other amenities that were available. It was a Very pleasant stay and we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were really lovely. We got free upgrade when we arrived which was a lovely thing as it was my birthday. They're just really lovely. The beds were comfortable. There were extra pillows if you needed them as well . The only thing is you have to pay for your parking there which was quite expensive. £24, but you know apart from that everything else was really lovely and we really enjoyed our weekend. The swimming pool , Sauna jacuzzi, and steam room was great way to spend our last afternoon and all free , they also provided you with towels . The breakfast was lovely lots of choice and there is a Marco Perrie restaurant on site , but there was also another menu if you wanted something more simpler to eat to sit around the bar area .

Extremely outdated. Had asked to be near the elevator as we had two 34 weeks pregnant ladies and were given the furthest away rooms. Room was not properly serviced, towels not changed and water not replenished. When asking for water replenishment, they lied and said they didn’t have any due to a water shortage but then saw a whole stock in the storeroom the next morning. They do not pick up the hotel room phones either. Would never stay again.

This is nice hotel to stay. I stayed here many time. The dinner which the restaurant cooked is the nicest thing

Very disappointing stay. I’ve been coming to this hotel for years, but not for the last few years. I was shocked to have to pay 12 pounds per day for parking my hire car. A friend visited to pick me up for 10mins and got charged 8 pounds, absolutely disgusting. The hotel room looked tired, there was no safe, there were black hairs on the floor. The lift was out of order so I had to drag my heavy case upstairs. Sorry, I will stay elsewhere next time

Great hotel, excellent location clean tidy, comfortable and friendly staff

Visited this hotel for 5 days stay , room was lovely and big ,lovely shower, black out curtains, beautiful super king size bed , breakfast was worth the money , unfortunately the main meal was a big disappointment as very expensive for little amount and very tasteless , parking was good , lots of parking spaces , only down fall about the parking location there is only one entrance to the main building, one way in and one way out and you have to pay 10 pound a night very disappointed in parking and main meal , overall staff friendly, clean,  nice stay

Generally Everything good. Close to where I wanted to go and plenty of coffee and tea.

We stay there as this hotel has a swimming pool. So, we are happy as not many people in the swimming pool and we can go anytime we want no need to book in advance. They only take a small area for swimming lessons so the normal guests can use more space.

Way better than I expected... the pool and gym were great (the pool is NOT Olympic size so don't get too excited), but the room was modern and clean.

Stayed overnight for a wedding in the area. Convenient online check-in & check out. Had to pay £20 for early check in. Parking was an extra £12 overnight. Great facilities including pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Plenty of choice at breakfast including dairy free milk. Friendly staff.

I recommended this hotel, but if I have membership should be better provide free carpark

Stayed 2 nights. Nice room although traffic noisy if window open. Breakfast good & plenty of choice. Friendly & helpful staff. Pool & gym facilities a bonus
