ウェルカムクッキーは温かくて美味しかったです！海の見える部屋と相まって、本当に美しいです。朝食は美味しかったですが、野菜サラダをもう少し増やしていただけると嬉しいです。

遅くにドアの前でタグサービスを受けないと、ハウスキーパーが9時半に部屋の掃除にノックに来ますが、私には早すぎます。小さなタオルをテーブルに置いておくのを忘れることもありました。部屋の無料Wi-Fiを利用するにはメンバー登録が必要です。毎日のボトルウォーターの供給はありません。

海の見える部屋をお願いしたのですが、全く対応してもらえませんでした。部屋は清潔だったものの、窓から見えるのは建物ばかりでした。

ダブルツリー ブライトンのスタッフは感じがよかったのですが、私の部屋は物足りないものでした。ベッドの下に古い靴下が敷かれ、全体的に不潔な感じがして、150 ポンドという値段は高すぎるように感じました。部屋は簡素で、湿気があり、窓とバルコニーは鳥の糞で覆われていました。コミュニケーションも遅く、Apple Business iMessage 機能を使用しても、応答を受け取るまでに 8 時間以上かかりました。全体的に、お勧めできる体験ではありません。

私たちが訪問する予定だった場所に近い素晴らしいホテルです。サービスは素晴らしいです。チェックイン時にクッキーをいただきましたが、部屋はとても広かったです。私たちは皆、プールとスパで素晴らしい時間を過ごし、夜の睡眠を楽しみました。ホテル居住者の駐車料金は 1 日あたり £25 です。朝食は最高です。

ホテルはリニューアルしたばかり、部屋もバスルームもとても広くて快適、レストランは豪華で朝の食事も充実、12歳以下のお子様は朝食無料、プールにはジャグジーもあり、とても快適です。素晴らしい休暇を満喫できたので、家族旅行にお勧めします。

Good location Lovely hotel We had a queen size room which was cozy but big enough Decorated lovely Didn’t seem to hear much noise during the night Downsides -No mini fridge in room -Only one towel hook in bathroom for wet towels -Only seemed to be shared changing areas for swimming pool -one for males one for females- I feel a couple of private changing rooms could be added for privacy

The room was modern and clean and the staff were friendly but the best bit about this hotel is the location - on the seafront and close to shops bars and restaurants. The spa area was a bit disappointing, it’s more a leisure centre and very busy when we visited so don’t expect too much relaxation as there are not even loungers to sit/lie on. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel as there are many great restaurants in Brighton so I cannot comment on the brekkie. We attended the NYE dinner/dance at the hotel and it was brilliant! Great entertainment, lovely food - a fabulous time had by all and a lovely way to see in 2026! Brighton in general is a lovely place to visit, lots of bars, restaurants and shops - especially the Lanes which is full of small independents which are just fab! There’s lots to do and see! We took a short walk from the hotel to the i360 tower. A great way to see Brighton from the sky and we managed to catch it at sunset - so magical! I would definitely recommend!

Nice hotel. Refurbished a few years ago and still looking very smart. Rooms very comfy but in the small side. Breakfast was a good selection.

Everything was perfect except the check-in time. 4 pm, even if it’s written in the ad, is NOT acceptable. Everybody should refuse that. It’s too late. No hotel in the world should allow you to check in so late.

We stayed for a night and we got a very good costumer service from Eric at the reception.
