ゼッター スイーツ(Zetter Suites @ Cameron)

The room floors of the suite were dusty and bedroom slippers are not provided so we had to walk around on dusty cold floor. Bathrooms attaching to the bedroom did not have heater and we had to shower in cold water in cold, rainy night weather. No toilet rolls and only tissue dispenser was provided which was fixed to the wall outside the reach of the toilet bowl. No toiletries like toothbrush, shower cap or soap was provided. Only a bottle of washing liquid (which we presume is for bath as it was not labelled) was fixed to the wall in the bathroom. Kitchen cooker was not working and no utensils are provided. Wonder how you heat up or cook without saucepan or cooking utensils. Kitchen cupboard doors are broken and badly stained. Our suite sleeps six but they only provide 2 spoons and 4 forks (one of which is badly bent). Walls of some part of the apar**ent are dirty and so are the living room sofas.

This is the very bad experience ever i had. I dont like the receptionist because so annoying. The hotel is good but so hot even in CH, its no have fan in room, we still need fan even in CH because at the night we close every windows so feel no air.

Well decorated hotel apar**ent. Staff is very friendly. Easy check in and check out. Located at the center of Cameron highlands.

The apar**ent is quite nice and have a dining hall for family to watch tv, chit chat. The room very spacious and the view from the room quite nice. Will come back next time to stay😊

Room really pretty. Expensive look. Minimal deco. Importantly it just in front of night market. Just in case for future, fan installation can be very useful. Thank you for the nice place.

Nice location near the night market, but the room carpet is still using the carpet from 5 yrs ago, carpet hv dust, limited channel for TV, didn't have forks,spoons, microwave can't be used..

The floor is a bit sticky but overall is pretty good, very good location, the night market is right in front of the hotel, there is a few restaurants beside the hotel.
