Hotwater a problem due to old water tank design whole night without hot water. Others are fine.

Good location.

Great place to stay. We had a two bed apartment on the 1st floor. Astonishingly quiet - no noise at all from other residents - but needed earplugs because of the seagulls. Well-equipped, clean, and there were instructions for all the appliances (rare in holiday rentals). Cooker and microwave were very easy to use. Helpful info on the apartment and the area. Great location: 2 minutes from Tesco Express, 4 minutes from bus station, easy walking distance to most parts of the city. Frequent bus 8 from Temple Meads Station to Clifton stops nearby. We'd be very happy to stay here again.

The apartment was modern, clean and had everything you need for a stay in Bristol. Within walking distance of the centre, and easy to find. Secure parking (extra cost), a bonus. Bed comfortable apartment 79 had lovely view of the garden. Will definitely return next time we visit Bristol.
