Hotel is good to stay for business purposes

Most of the floors, room, balconies, fitness room are not clean, and facilities that may be damaged are left unattended inside the room. Breakfast is very disappointing.

酒店是新的，房間很乾凈、服務和停車場一般，第一次去的話，不太好找！

Molto pulito.. lontano dalla città.. cucina buona.. anche la colazione.. Non ordinate vino Italiano!! Scadente.. e caro! 😁 Nel complesso giudizio positivo..

房間比較小，但因出差距離目的地比較近，湊合還行吧，可能是因為特殊時期吧，價格有點兒小貴，祝店家生意興隆哦。

the hotel was very far from the city center, although in the description it showed the opposite and then we received a room but in this room something in the shower was damaged and also the hair dryer and also spoiled so we were received a smaller room without a wardrobe and the fact that the beds are pushed together and separated is very unpleasant especially when you are with your girlfriend. and their television was really old, no YouTube and also their appliances are not of good quality (iron, water heater etc.)

This was a very nice and comfortable stay outside if e Copenhagen. The hotel gets extra points for two things often missing in Danish hotels - a box of tissues! This is REALLY rare in Denmark. Next nice thing, power outlets on both sides of the bed!! This makes charging devices so much easier thanks much!

I do not think this hotel lives up to 4*. At first we got a room with windows towards the parking lot. But considering the rooms do not have in between curtains, it completely lacks privacy or you are in the dark all the time. Plus, you probably won't be comfortable opening the door for fresh air(no tipping option). The shower didn't have a wall or even a curtain, which would result in everything getting wet.. Totally unacceptable in my opinion, no matter the amount of stars. However, the lady at the reception showed us 2 other rooms, one of which was fine for us. Located on the 1st floor, this time a shower with glass walls, roadside. Just be aware, you won't have much inconvenience from the trains, those pretty much stop running by 11pm. But, the trucks driving by are making a lot of noise. This combined with no air-conditioning may pose a problem. Another point of critic, I booked this hotel because it had a decent gym, which is high priority for me. However, it turned out to be closed for renovation. Great job for not informing customers about something this important.. Very dissatisfied because of that, I would have booked a different hotel if I had known this Breakfast was ok. I expect more from a 4* hotel. But considering it's a rather small hotel, I'm willing to excuse this. Sadly we had another problem during those days. After the 1st day, apparently they ran out of towels, for 3 days. The small guest towels are not sufficient when you have long hair like I do.
