Lovely hotel, basic but comfortable rooms, 15 minute walk from Bruge Centre. Rooms basic with no kettle but lovely bar/coffee shop at extra cost. We didn't have breakfast as it seemed very costly and plenty of places to eat in Bruge. 20 minute walk from Bruge stadium for football if you go to a game like we did. Would stay again.

Lovely family run hotel, walking distance to the centre, superb breakfast, very helpful staff

This hotel was a long walk from town for older people and extremely difficult to find food in the evening. The hotel ran out of pizzas and needed 2 days to re-order. The Manager/Owner was impolite rude and discourteous as we had a problem with paying 40 euros for a kettle when we took our own tea coffee etc! Definitely our worst experience for a hotel abroad.

Great hotel in a good location. Very clean. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff. Nice outside area to sit and relax with a drink weather permitting. Nice and quiet area to relax in. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic find this hotel was. Good price, welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room, free parking at one of the nearby car parks, easy walk into Bruges centre (and lovely walking through Smedenpoort). Thank you so much Valerie for a lovely stay!

We stayed at Hotel Olympia for three nights. The room was spotless and the place was very well presented. The room had a safe which was free for the use of. Breakfast was kindly provided on the first floor and was fresh and ample. There was a bar which was suitably stocked when returning from your day out. This hotel met our requirements for our brief stay and would highly recommend it. Communication with guests was first rate and everything was clear.

Place was okay but has some major problems. 1) Room and service is not worth for the price. Checkin was around 3 hours late and we had to spend our time elsewhere after a long train journey while they prepared our room. Finally got checked in at 5pm. 2) Poor and slow housekeeping. Stains in the bathroom from previous guest. 2) No room service or even drinking water kept in the room. Very few toiletries. Small bathroom. Basically, the place is not worth for the price being charged. Strangely the Hotel staff leaves the property by 11pm leaving the guests alone for any needs until morning. 3) positives: Room and bathroom is clean. Receptionist was courteous and friendly, a good guy. This was the only real positive about the place. 4) Location not great, not bad. 20 minutes walk to important places. To summarise, there are much better places worth the money you would be spending. Consider this one as a last option. . . L'endroit était correct mais a quelques problèmes majeurs. 1) La chambre et le service ne valent pas le prix. L'enregistrement a eu environ 3 heures de retard et nous avons dû passer notre temps ailleurs après un long voyage en train pendant qu'ils préparaient notre chambre. Finalement, j'ai été enregistré à 17 heures. 2) Ménage médiocre et lent. Taches dans la salle de bain du client précédent. 2) Pas de service de chambre ni même d'eau potable conservée dans la chambre. Très peu de produits de toilette. Petite salle de bain. En gros, l'endroit ne vaut pas le prix facturé. Étrangement, le personnel de l'hôtel quitte la propriété à 23 heures, laissant les clients seuls pour tout besoin jusqu'au matin. 3) points positifs : la chambre et la salle de bain sont propres. La réceptionniste était courtoise et sympathique, un bon gars. C'était le seul vrai point positif de cet endroit. 4) Emplacement pas super, pas mal. 20 minutes à pied des lieux importants. Pour résumer, il y a de bien meilleurs endroits qui valent l'argent que vous dépenseriez. Considérez celui-ci comme une dernière option.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Room was a decent size, clean, bed large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with choice of hot and cold, the coffee was gorgeous. The bar was reasonably priced. Only 5 minutes from the town center. The only downside was no coffee facilities in the room. Would Def stay here again.

Lovely setting in a residential neighbourhood. Real 'no frills' place. No kettle or fridge, no hot water on our last morning so couldn't have a shower. Good breakfast and nice little bar area, although watch your bill, no prices advertised and the drinks are very expensive Net curtains were ripped in 2 or 3 places
