Resepsiyon görevlisi güler yüzlü ve samimiydi. Eğer cumartesi günü otelde konaklayacaksanız, otelin önünde semt pazarı tarzında pazar kuruluyor. Yemekler, çantalar, kıyafetler, takılar, çiçekler vb. güzel bir deneyim oldu.

最大の難点はバスルーム（下記参照）。（それを気にせず、価格も競争力のある 3 つ星であれば、十分お得だと思います）。 3 つ星、4 つ星を目指す人です。バスルームにはドアがなく、もう一方の壁はガラス（スクリーン付き）になっており、ベッドルームにつながっています。部屋はかなり狭く、最小のベッドが 2 つくっついています。ここに 4 つ星はありません (予約に記載されているように 162 平方フィートもあるわけがありません)。金庫は機能しませんでした、コーヒーマシンはありません（お湯のみ） - 4 は始まりません。室温では水はありません - 4つ星はありません。朝食は1名あたり18ユーロの追加料金がかかります。良かったですが、やはり、良い 3 つ星 (4* ではありません)。

このホテルでの滞在を満喫しました。清潔でスマートなインテリア、モダンで居心地の良い。場所は素晴らしく、朝の7時に6ページの文書を印刷しなければならなかったのでスタッフは親切でした。ベッドの配置、特に引き出し式ベッドはとても役に立ちました。家族と一緒にまた戻ってきます。

ポルティナリはブルージュの中心部近くの素晴らしいロケーションにあり、部屋から大聖堂と鐘楼の景色を眺めることができました。部屋は広々としていてモダンで、とても素敵なバスルームがありました。エスプレッソメーカーはいい感じでした。朝食は、少し値段が高かったとしても、まあまあでした（しかし、ほとんどのものはシティブレイク中にあるのではないでしょうか？）。もう一つの素敵な心遣いは、無料の蒸留水/炭酸飲料水のディスペンサーでした。唯一のコメントは、「ホテルのバーでドリンクを飲みたかったのですが、文献には午後6時から営業していると記載されていたにもかかわらず、決して開いていませんでした」でした。ビールやカードゲームをしていれば起きていたのに残念です。全体的に素晴らしい滞在で、間違いなくまたここに来るでしょう。

ホテルは清潔で快適でした。必要なものがすべて近くにありました。このエリアは安全で清潔で、どこにでも歩いて行けます。スタッフは素晴らしかったです。唯一の欠点は、部屋があまり涼しくならず、照明に問題があったことです。ただし、ホテルの他のすべてがそれを補っていたので、大したことではありません。

This hotel is excellent would highly recommend, great location great staff and a lovely breakfast too. Very modern with quality everywhere, the shower is amazing, we had a room overlooking the square which can be busy but soundproofing was excellent also a very comfortable bed. Parking is very close by and very reasonable.Will definitely stay again when in Bruges!

From Dousmani 31 in Glyfada, Vatican in Moonlight in Rome on Via Giorgio Scalia 46, Bernina Suite 2 at 11 Via Cabasso in Tirano, Italia, Haus Zur Eiche Private at 3,5 1 Goldgasse in Chur, Switzerland, to Appartement Quartier Tour Eiffel at 212 rue de Grenelle, Paris, 75007, each location offered amazing central locations close to attractions. The accommodations were spacious, larger than typical hotel rooms, and provided excellent value for money. After a week of Airbnb stays across Europe, we treated ourselves to a luxurious experience at a 4-star hotel in Bruges, Belgium. The difference was immediately noticeable: luxurious sheets, an amazing bathroom, soft and comfortable beds, and an exclusive veranda added to the appeal. While Airbnbs offer great value, hotels provide a level of comfort and luxury that's hard to match, albeit at a higher cost. The location of this hotel is nothing but perfect, though. Our room has its own small garden and a view of the belfry!!!

Lovely small boutique hotel in the centre of Brugge. Warm and cosy, we stayed two rooms, a family room and a double. Location is absolutely wonderful. Modern and chic interior, very tastily designed. Despite it being in the centre of the city, our rooms were quiet. Would definitely go back!

Loved loved loved. After ditching my hotel just down the road before I’d even checked in, I did a quick review and found here as it was greatly reviewed, still in the same area and I had to find somewhere! I’m so happy I did. The staff were wonderful on check in, friendly, helpful and welcoming and even upgraded me to a new room as I’d been let down by the previous hotel. It’s closely located to everything, but that’s just Bruges, but it’s clean, bright, airy and comfortable. Breakfast was incredible, and ALL staff are the loveliest and most welcoming. It’s a shame it was 1 night, but I’m booking to come back with partner soon and have also told friends to choose this hotel. It’s so reasonable in price too. Thank you!

Great location. Very comfy king size bed. Right beside a large underground parking lot which was very handy.

Hard to park, saw a hair on the bedding. We received a broken bed in a room with 2 queen beds (technically not 2 queen beds, each queen was made by 2 twin beds combined, so 4 twin beds total, one of the twin beds was broken). The hotel was like: can’t give you any refund because you book from *******; room is alright to sleep 3 people so the broken bed doesn’t matter. They offer a discount for next stay, but we don’t have a plan to visit bruges again.
