The house keeping staff totalt failed by waiking is up just past 8 am by trying to enter our room while beeing asleap. Later tried agan, but totally failing to clearing the room for the entire day, despite the green sign hanging on the room door.
Upon coming back to the Hotel quarter to midnight (finding the uncleared room), the night receptionist said “it’s not my fault” and “you should have asked for the room to be cleaned when leaving the hotel”.
So more and less no responsibility was recognised and - cased closed. We again told about the details to the receptionist next morning, and finally someone showing some reaction to what happened - but no compensation was offered and no management present on a Sunday.
