Increíble hotel en todos los sentidos.

The hotel is great. Parking is small but we didn't have issues with availability. Good breakfast, nice rooftop pool and jacuzzi

Everything was excellent. I guess the highlight that on check-in, a lack of documentation issue ensued with Front Desk Clerk, Dana. However, she handled it very well, at the end being to comply with the hotel rules and standards, while also exercising discretion, and assuming authority to decide how to handle the situation very professionally. This young lady should be considered for management and leadership, congrats to the DC organization. My cheers also to the security lady that cared for us upon arrival, parking and entry, and the Restaurant Personnel during breakfast. LOS FELICITO!

I always stay at this hotel when I’m in Bucaramanga. I have stayed in many hotels in Bucaramanga and this one is the best ! I love this hotel !

Nice hotel, great location. Hotels website misleading on distance from the airport - was nearly an hour by taxi. Yelling and screaming in room next door early morning so I didn’t get enough sleep 😕

Good neighborhood, restaurants, stores and many options around the property..

We loked a lot the roof restaurant and the free breakfast. We also enjoyed the spa and the pool.

Excellent customer service in all the hotel. We liked the breakfast. Some common areas in the hotel like the stairs were very dirty.

The Dann Carlton Bucaramanga is located in a nice, central neighborhood in a city that doesn’t have much to offer in terms of sightseeing. The hotel is clean, well maintained. There is a grand piano in the lobby with a sign that reads “play me if you know how to”. I would’ve loved loved to play (I know how to), but they stopped me because it was relatively late (10 PM). The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, but not fancy. They were quiet, despite the bustling activity in the surrounding streets. Check in and out were smooth and staff was courteous. The only negative is that when we arrived in the room before bed time I wanted to take a shower but there were no body towels. I called to request them and it took 30 minutes for housekeeper to deliver them. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots of local and international fare. I recommend the Dann Carlton full-heartedly
