Room & bathroom clean. The air conditioning worked great and the room and hallways were quiet even though on a busy street

Nice property, friendly staff, affordable, great location. It was easy to move around. I’ll keep in mind this hotel in my next trip to Bucaramanga.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were quite nice. I just needed a place to sleep between when my flight landed and when my hotel for the next two days was able to let me into my room. There was confusion as I was delayed getting into the city but the lady working the front desk fixed everything and was very helpful. You do need to bring your own soap and shampoo, which I did not realize. The water pressure was good and after 6 hours sitting in the Bogota airport I was happy to get clean and out of my suit. I only stayed for six hours and had spoken with the front desk about a late check-out. I got ready to leave and turned in the key and was waiting for my cab when the new guy working check-in came to get me to charge me for checking out late. In the end I ended up paying a good bit more for the short stay, which was a surprise to me.

The hotel all around is good but the wifi is totally unreliable most of the time doesn’t work

Great hotel for the price. More than I expected. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable king bed, brand new renovated bathroom/shower, strong wifi, couch and smart TV. Couldn’t have asked for anything better for the price point. The restaurant is delicious as well. This will be my go to hotel for visits to the city.

Nice hotel, but the rooms are not insulated you can hear everything all hours of the night.

El precio es adecuado para el sector y las instalaciones. Me gustó el desayuno, es generoso. Demasiado ruido exterior, las ventanas no son insonorizadas.
