It’s a nice place

This hotel is a little tricky. Do not book the regular rooms because they are tired and the beds look soggy and used. They need to do a little bit of work on the interior in the carpets on the outside of the rooms. Only stay in the suites are and above cuz they're great. But the superior room and the regular room are not to my liking and a little depressing. But I would stay this hotel anytime I was in Bucharest but only in the sweets and the studios not in the regular tired looking hotel rooms. One of the major benefits of this hotel/aparte hotel is that it has a fantastic hot tub/ jacuzzi and it is right next door in the gym all you have to do is sign in. I love the hot tub and I love the pool especially in mid-December when everything was freezing. I would stay here anytime I visited Bucharest. The food in the restaurant is okay relatively okay value for the money and service is good. Also the women at the front desk are very helpful and accommodating.

An excellent hotel close to many amenities. There was a smell in our room and we got an upgrade to a suit which was excellent customer service.

Furniture and plumbing in the room are quite outdated but functional. However, it was pretty clean. Since there is a kitchenette, I would recommend you to have napkins.

20 year old rooms. Far away from the modern pictures on the website.

Excellent place to stayed. Very friendly staff and always looking for solution. Morning staff give a very warm welcome and find a room in time. Thanks morning receptionist personnel!

The property is only 4* because it shares some of the facilities with the actual 4* Radisson hotel, the Park Inn is more like apar**ents which I wasn’t aware of before booking. The first ‘room’ I was given was more like a studio apar**ent which sounds great but in 30c weather the AC wasn’t working, when I raised this with reception the staff on shift during the day didn’t really care but apparently sent an engineer after I went out for dinner but when I returned nothing had been done about it. The night shift however were more helpful and ‘upgraded’ me to a 2 bed apar**ent which was in worse condition than the first but at least 2 of the 3 AC units worked in there. Going back to the condition of the apar**ents, both of the ones I was give. Looked nothing like the pictures on any of the listings with red trimmings, they were both simple old fashioned looking with a lot of wear and tear on everything. I would give the property 2* based on condition, 3* because of the shared facilities however definitely worth the price and a disgrace to the Radisson name

Great location hotel but the rooms are quite dated. Check in and check out both to a long time as there’s only ever seemed to be one person on reception, even when they were busy. We had loads of space in our room for the four of us. The beds were comfy but the pillows were really soft. Also, the balcony had no furniture so it was nice to have a balcony but pointless with nowhere to enjoy it! The pool area was nice and a great respite from the heat. Overall probably not worth what we paid but a decent stay overall.
