各方面都可以，交通便利，早餐好，服務還行吧，前台服務可以，接團的酒店，散客較少，就在人民宮對面，推薦。

Lovely hotel with large rooms, and nice baths. Great location! The breakfast was very well done.

Positives: hotel walking distance to Chris**as market, reception staff nice and polite. Negatives: room smelled strongly of smoke as non smokers this was extremely off putting, duvet was for a single (twin) bed placed on a double bed so it didn’t cover the mattress. Hair dryer cut out after 15 seconds, it would then need a 5min break before using for 15 seconds and cutting out again. Room could have been a lot cleaner. Limited items served for breakfast and not much left if you arrive after 9am. Coffee machine didn’t work and lots of people were complaining. Male server at breakfast left us feeling very uncomfortable as a group of 4 women. He asked a lot of personal questions, kept kissing our hands, touching our shoulders and made two of the ladies move up so he could sit next to them on the bench, whilst still trying to finish our breakfast. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We did not complain about any of these things during our stay so to be fair to the hotel they were not given an opportunity to rectify the issues but we were staying just two nights for our friends 40th birthday and did not want to waste time talking to hotel managers and moving rooms/repacking etc when we had a limited time to get out and sightsee.

Lovely place to stay in the heart of Bucharest. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were outstanding. Loved the waiters. So funny and attentive. Front desk staff were perfect. Bell staff were helpful. Beds were comfortable and elevators worked well. My only complaint is a group of young men hang around outside the hotel. They seem to be there all the time. They followed us inside once when we were unloading luggage and equipment. It was a bit unnerving to have them leave their seats outside the hotel to follow us into the lobby. They only did that when we had equipment and bags in our hands.

Excellent clean and modern hotel, the staff were exceptional with help and hospitality. Hotel is situated in a quiet area of the city but close enough to walk to some attractions such as the parliament building.

Received a free upgrade upon arrival which was nice and had a nice view of Parliament and the cathedral.

I stayed for 3 nights with my sister and was delighted by the service from the friendly and helpful reception staff, fantastic room service food. So yummy, perfect cleaning, breakfast was lovely with nice cappuccinos, hot food and continental. Lovely crusty rolls.if we needed a taxi the staff just press a button at reception. Lovely service at the bar too. Lovely breakfast room. The beds are low but we were very comfortable 😌. Great views of the Parliament and New cathedral. 10 min walk to town or £1 for a taxi

All was good, except internet, was not able to use it for work at all and had to use phone spot, worst internet in the hotels I saw
