I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Continental in Bucharest for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was not only extra helpful but also exceptionally professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the outset. The level of service provided by the staff was truly outstanding. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Their efficiency and genuine friendliness made me feel like a valued guest throughout. The accommodations were superb, blending modern amenities with classic elegance. The well-appointed room and exceptionally comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep after busy days of business meetings. The hotel's central location in Bucharest was a significant plus, allowing easy navigation to key business districts and cultural attractions. This made my business trip both productive and enjoyable. Dining at the hotel was a delight, with a variety of options and delicious cuisine. The facility apparently dates from 1828 and is beautifully maintained. Outstanding customer service. Desk staff, particularly Mihail and Wahleed: superlative. Bistro staff Robert and Andrew kind, prompt, and very helpful. Breakfast room staff, particularly Julius and Mahela, superior in every way. I look forward to returning. While the property is highly rated, the service is virtually non-existent. When asked to order a cab, we were told to go outside and use uber. No one knew where the restaurants are or where the breakfast is, until we started interrogating the front desk staff

Beautiful hotel in a very good location. Rooms are beautiful, location is great, metro line very close. Had a good night sleep. Staff is great and was very helpful. The room upgrade was great. Definitely going back. Thank you.
