これは悪いホテルではありません、装飾はレトロな周り1960/70ですが、マッチング家具は快適な座席を作ることができません。しかし、部屋はきれいで、快適で、設備が整っていて、ホテル内に幅広い施設があります。問題は、私たちが一晩パッケージツアーにいたことであり、私たちの取引の一部として提供された食べ物はかなりひどかったことです。私はこのレストランがメニューのようによく見えたのでこれを言いますが、私たちの食事は旅行会社によって予算によって決定されるでしょう。したがって、判断するのは不公平です。

The Ramada offered a nice room in a big hotel. The only negative side was our airco which functioned but wasn;t as effecient as one hopes. Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpfull and friendly.

プールを使用するために支払う必要があるのはちょっと奇妙です。そして、ホテルのジムは同じ建物ではなく、別の場所に行く必要があり、フロントデスクでカードを取得する必要があります。本当に面倒です。ホテルのプールレストランは美味しくありません。

OKホテルはあまり良くなくてそうそう

Hotel : On arrival the hotel looks impressive. Although the area leaves a lot to be desired. Very narrow side street with limited parking facilities for our rental. The Epoque is not up to the standard of European Relais & Châteaux. Rooms / suite was very basic and overlooking very dilapidated buildings. There was quite a whiff from the bathroom and it was very difficult to access toilet! Facilities: Very limited and we were not advised at check in about location of gym. Wifi was reasonable.. there were some drop outs during our stay. TV’s are average and no Netflix or alternative streaming services Limited charging for mobile devices Small lobby area and that’s it apart from the terrace and a dining area The bedroom linen has seen better days and there were holes in the bathrobes! This was very disappointing and we should not have experienced this in a 4/5 star hotel. Food: Breakfast was good but pricey Dinner very pricey and some options over priced given the size of portions! Drinks outrageously expensive for mediocre plonk. Given that Romania has some great wines they certainly are not available here. Staff: friendly… that said there was a complete mess up with the bill on check out. It was not resolved to my satisfaction, I was informed it would be corrected when the bank charges were checked! So advice would be to try to pay cash as much as possible! Will visit Romania again. However Epoque not on our list and for the reasons noted above will not return.

場所は素晴らしいです、旧市街から徒歩わずか15分。特にホテル外に駐車される車がある場合、隣人は本当に安全に見えます(料金なし) 朝食はシンプルですが、そこにいくつかの良い味が見つかりました。 スタッフは本当に楽しく親切でした。 泊まった部屋は余分に広かったが、ブティックスタイルが期待されるほどなくシンプル。 一般にはVFM。 駐車場や立地がもっと気になるならおすすめ

Struttura con posizione ottima super centrale. Camera molto bella al quarto pian, pulita curata e silenziosa. Molto apprezzato il servizio piscina, sauna e palestra. Self check-in comodo e funzionale, Concierge disponibile. Consiglio alla struttura di scrivere più informazioni dettagliate su booking ad esempio a quale email bisogna inviare i documenti personali per avere i codici di accesso alla struttura, perchè nei dettagli della prenotazione non è specificato e abbiamo dovuto contattare noi il call center dall’ Italia che fortunatamente peró è stato veloce e disponibile nell’ aiutarci.

We had a very enjoyable stay here and our first time in Romania, the hotel is well placed and so many places to visit nearby. The food and service was excellent, the only minor faults for not giving five stars was the room was far to hot and not controlled well with the AC unit, so dread to think what it would be like in the summer months? The room service and bar shut far to early, so if you want to eat or drink later in the evening do it before coming back to the hotel. The staff were amazing, but keep hold of your plates at breakfast or they will be zoomed away!!
