I liked this modest hotel. Staff were kind, the location unbeatable (though it's hard to get to with a taxi). My room was nicely appointed. The room I was given was good in that I did not have to lug my things up stairs. But it was also very exposed on the main floor. The main problem was that by 9 AM there was drilling and hammering going on right outside my room, it seemed. This would have been ok (maintenance is always necessary) had I been told this. But I was not informed. It meant that I was not able to sleep in at all... and this was the start of my vacation. Communication is all that is necessary. The hotel has few amenities, but that's ok, as that's reflected in the good price, and the rooms are well equipped with a mini kitchen, nice bathroom, writing desk. All in all a good experience except for the unbelievable, unexpected noise in the morning of Monday and Tuesday!

The location is great, super close to the Central Market Hall and most of the sights are in walking distance. The staff was very friendly. The room was well decorated, modern and the bed comfortable. It was not that easy to find the hotel in the first place as the entrance is kind of hidden, but there was someone leaving and explained to me where to go. They will provide you vouchers for two different places for breakfast, all of them close by. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in Budapest.

Centrally located and easily accessible for public transport. We had a 1 bedroom apar**ent and it was great with lots of quirky extras. Staff on reception were helpful - giving dining advice and ordering taxis and of course great english. Clean and warm lots of extra blankets if needed. The area has lots of bars and restaurants but is pedestrianised so taxis have to drop off around the corner. Would recommend and stay again

While we arrived the hotel first they tried to charge city tax which was included in the price they were rudely insist us to pay till I showed them that we paid then they gave us the room not we booked and they said they use the same room’s photo for every room . We found condoms and used toilet papers under the bed When we complained about the room she start yelling us and said pack ur luggage and leave now! After argued we decided to stay that room coz we were there only 3 nights and didn’t have time to find new hotel during Our stay she didn’t send us cleaner and change towels and bed linen. Be careful before you book you have no idea about what will you get from owner. Très bien situé sur une rue piétonne, à proximité des transports et de toutes les commodités. L’équipement de l’appartement est un peu vétuste, et le tout est moyennement propre. La literie est confortable, le personnel agréable, et la formule de petit déjeuner à l’extérieur (2 choix possibles) est originale. Plus propre et fonctionnel cela mériterait une meilleure note.

Il soggiorno è stato tranquillo se non fosse che l'arrivo a Budapest è stato alle 2:30 di notte e il cancello di accesso alla struttura non si è aperto e tale circostanza ha resto necessario trascorrere la prima notte all'Hotel di fronte. L'appartamentino, consistente in un piccolo monolocale purtroppo non consentiva una aerazione della stanza a causa della chiusura degli infissi per non consentire l'accesso a spazi condominiali

Non riesco ancora a capacitarmi del fatto che abbia 9.1 come punteggio.......in Italia nn sarebbe neppure accessibile: nn ha l'altezza x abitabilità, le camere hanno finestre chiuse DA FUORI e se capita qualcosa si crepa come topi. Tra le fughe delle piastrelle del bagno crescono muffe nere rigogliose in quanto, nn essendoci ricambio di aria, é come essere in una caverna; le piastrelle sotto il letto sono rotte (era certamente un garage che hanno adattato) , così come il portasapone .Unica nota positiva la posizione ma di fronte ci sono altre decine di Hotel meno costosi: sconsiglio certamente, rapporto qualità/prezzo pessima.
