Great location, nice friendly staff. Prion was dated, very noisy at night due to bars and people shouting on 2 of the 4 night stay. Due to this would not stay there again.

The 100E Airport Express bus takes you to the center of Budapest - and the top of Kirali Utca where King Apartments are! Location then is superb as is the accommodation. You'd never know you were in the center. The apartment block folds around a garden courtyard with water feature. Even sitting on the spacious balcony, noise is limited. This was my second visit here and my apartment even more spacious the second time. Very clean, very comfortable, friendly helpful staff at reception. Excellent value. Apartment found dirty unlivable in the photos it looked nice inside horrible smell coming out of the bathroom, old and rusty wall units unusable kitchen uncomfortable beds the only positive note the location I absolutely do not recommend this apartment the onner Is orribile Person Is very rude

Air conditioning was advertised. One room had it and it did not work. It was a sweat fest.

Upon arrival, we were given no instructions on how to get into the building to pick up the keys to our apartment. When I called the number to the desk, I was told to use the code and then was hung up on before I could respond. I ended up having to follow someone in. Aside from this poor check-in experience, the apartment was satisfactory. Everything was clean, with the exception of one of our shower towels, and there was ample space for two people. This property is advertised as air conditioned, and it was not. We were provided a floor fan, yet the apartment was always very hot. On a positive note, the balcony was great and the location was perfect.

We loved this place! Very spacious, even a nice terrace area for our room. A bit tricky to get there, but if you have phone service, they answer your call right away within the front desk open hours. Very friendly, welcoming, and attentive staff! We loved Budapest, and this place and the staff was part of it. Would stay again here!

Just written a five star review for them on Google so won't go into so much detail. Suffice it to say I wouldn't hesitate to return. Lovely comfortable apartment, right in the center yet wonderfully quiet. Polite friendly staff right there if you need them. Photos really don't do it justice - go and see for yourself.

Perfect location, nice apartment which is fully equipped. Furniture is a bit used but it serves its purpose. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free parking is available but you need to book it in advance. Apartment is on a very nice street with many restaurants and shops and a very short walk to Fashion street and many other sights. It is however turned off the street so it is quiet and calm.

Great stay for the price!
