最悪というわけではありませんが、良くもありませんでした。 この場所のすぐ近くで用事があり、他のホテルは満室でした。 部屋自体は悪くないのですが、アメニティは特にありませんでした。エアコンはコントローラーが渡されないので使えません。 枕と毛布の質が非常に悪く、ベッドはかなり古いです。部屋の注意書きには、清掃とタオルの交換は3日に1回と書いてありました。明らかに滞在期間が長かったのですが、清掃もタオルの交換も一度もありませんでした。 朝食はまあまあでした。*、サラミ、パンはありました。新鮮でヘルシーなものは期待しないでください。コーヒーは飲めないので、フィルターティーにした方が良いでしょう。 全体的に短期滞在には適していますが、長期滞在にはもう少し快適さを求めてください。

最近、ホテル バラ ブダペストでの滞在を終えましたが、残念ながら、私の経験は満足できるものではありませんでした。私が遭遇した問題を詳しく見てみましょう。 1. **誤解を招くような部屋のプレゼンテーション:** 私が予約した部屋は、オンラインで紹介されていた魅力的な写真とは一致せず、3 人で泊まるには不十分なスペースでした。 2. **窮屈な部屋:** 部屋の大きさが不釣り合いに狭く、ベッドが窮屈に感じられ、滞在全体の快適さが損なわれました。 3. **不快な枕:** 提供された枕は不快なだけでなく、摩耗の兆候が見られ、理想的な休息とは言えませんでした。 4. **不便な料金開示:** 到着すると、フロントデスクにがっかりするようなポリシーが掲示されているのに気づきました。部屋の変更、エアコンの使用、紛失したアクセスキーの交換などにかかる追加料金が目立つように記載されていました。この開示は過剰に思われ、ホテルのゲスト満足度に対する取り組みに懸念が生じました。 5. **不便なロケーション:** 割り当てられた 5 階の部屋は、建築上の制約により非常に狭く、この階へのエレベーターがないことは宣伝資料で設定された期待と矛盾していました。実際の部屋のサイズは、標準的なトリプルルームの描写とは大きく異なっていました。 6. **サービスの不一致:** ホテルの評価が 3 つ星であることを考えると、ある程度のレベルのサービスを期待していました。しかし、枕の交換などの私のリクエストには、限られたスタッフしか対応していませんでした。部屋の全体的な維持管理は、3 つ星の施設に期待される基準と一致していませんでした。

非常にベーシックでかなり古いホテル。 朝食は非常に貧弱で、私たちにサービスを提供した受付係は非常に無愛想でした。 しかし、品質の割に価格はかなり良いです。

房間就是國內縣城招待所的條件😃😃，趕的時候不太好，酒店不好訂，才被迫選的。空調遙控器還要交按金20歐才能用，很搞笑。攜程的服務比Booking差很多。

I am coming from Canada. I'm extremely frustrated with the hotel and feel compelled to share my experience. The hotel consists of three buildings, none of which are any better than the others. The entrance is dark and the connections between the buildings feel like a maze of catacombs. It's a complete nightmare trying to find your room. Now let's talk about the rooms. They are downright filthy, and don't even think about finding any electrical appliances. Each room supposedly has a minimum of three single beds, but forget about any comfort because there are no pillow tops provided. Can you believe it? To make matters worse, we were completely tricked by that Turkish Holiday Website, "tatilbudur.com." They led us to this horrendous place that is worse than any hostel I've ever stayed in. I'm beyond disappointed with this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, basic amenities, and the overall experience is simply unacceptable. They need to seriously step up their game and make significant improvements.

It was and in and out stay, arrive late leave early. It’s undoubtedly tired, dated but it’s as cheap as a hostel but you’ve got an en-suite which is non negotiable. I have to speak as I find, the bedding and towels were immaculate crisp and clean as was the room. You get what you pay for and this was next to free! It did what it said on the tin, wouldn’t stay longer than an overnight; but it did what I needed from it. I’ve stayed in four star hotels for €240/ night and had stained bedding, I’m interested in cleanliness first and foremost. If you are a cheap skate with high expectations it will not fulfill!

Hotel entrance looked close and was dimly lit. No restaurant or refreshment facilities. Very unwelcoming. The room was grim with barred windows. The corridors were in darkness and I had to find the light switch with my phone. No evidence of other guests and felt eerie to stay in. Room was dirty with leaking tap in the bathroom. Mold on walls round the windows. No safe and was asked to hand in key when not in room. Did not feel safe or secure, was offered a second room when complained about the leak in the bathroom. This room was just the same. Checked out within 30 minutes. Avoid at all costs.

What a sh*thole... molds directly on the shower head, shower tiles, heavy molds in the shower window. You come into a room, dirty walls and it all looks all old. Easily could go to hotel hell series.

This is my first trip out of uk since the covid started and thought this hotel is very hot no air conditioning no kettle in room and bathroom was very disgusting an outdated shower etc it’s very noisy at night you can hear every bang of a door walls seemed wafer thin an the breakfast was terrible selection was poor fresh juices seemed very watered down tea/coffee was sickly reception people was rude and seemed not to care or want to help at all it’s not that local to city it’s about 50min to hour walk down hill an over bridge definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon

L’hotel ha un buona posizione, comodissima ai mezzi pubblici. Le stanza non sono male come dimensione ma il letto da dimenticare, durissimo, cuscini inesistenti! La pulizia é un altra delle cose alla quale devo fare una nota negativa, non tanto nella stanza ma nelle parti comuni era molto sporco. La colazione non é continentale, perciò troverete uova strapazzate, wuestel e salumi. Nessuna brioches o dolce solo latte e the, insomma non ho apprezzato. Il prezzo è nella media.

We waren met een groepsreis op doorreis en we hebben hier twee keer een tussenstop gemaakt van 1 nacht. Het hotel ziet er verzorgd uit. Het hotel ligt aan de rand van centrum van Boedapest. Een half uur op loopafstand van stadscentrum. Of goed bereikbaar met de bus. 1e Kamer was redelijk ruim met een goed bed. Kamer was schoon. Badkamer is wat verouderd, met douchecabine. 2e Kamer was ruim met 2 pers. en 1 pers. bed. Bed was goed. Propere kamer. Badkamer is wat verouderd, met douchecabine. Het ontbijt was goed en diner was redelijk. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam . Afstand bediening voor de airconditioner bij de receptie te leen voor 20 euro borg. Een prima plek voor op doorreis of voor een bezoek aan Boedapest.

Struttura indegna e inqualificabile! Non merita neanche una stella!! Stanze e hall fatiscenti, con muffa alle pareti, bagni senza finestre e assorbimento degli odori, asciugacapelli inesistente, tubi che si intasano dopo la doccia con fuoriuscita dal pavimento di acqua e schiuma, frigoriferi in camera mancanti. Alcune stanze non hanno letti ma divani letto di velluto!!! Ascensore che si blocca ad ogni chiamata. Colazione decente secondo standard minimi, cena misera, ripetitiva e inqualificabile. Per 15 giorni abbiamo combattuto anche per avere l'acqua del rubinetto al tavolo per mancanza di caraffe. Le 4 caraffe disponibili giravano per i tavoli: venivano svuotate da un tavolo, tolte dal personale, riempite e portate ai tavoli che non avevano acqua!! Che dire? Assolutamente da evitare!!!
