かつて宿がとてもきれいで部屋もほのかに綺麗でした。スタッフの方も親切だったし、何をする度によく教えてくれてよかったです。宿泊場所も観光するのに悪くありませんでした。最初に宿の場所を探すときに少し混乱していましたが、地図の場所で壁をよく見ると宿の名前もすぐに見つかりますよ〜

The Central Museum Hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the Danube cruises, public transport, and shops and markets. While the entrance was a little challenging to find, we loved the rustic old building with it’s gates and rickety lift. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a view across to the museum and gardens. Vanessa was the supreme hostess, for whom nothing was too much trouble, and her local suggestions and tips were spot on. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends.

The good bits, the staff are lovely and very kind. The room is nice and large with a stunning view across to the museum. Very good value for the money. The location is great.Once you have found it,I can only speak personally, but I found all the codes and locks to be quite scary, it felt like I was visiting a high security unit. But that's just me and my claustrophobia.

We visited family and friends in Hungary, planned and booked every accommodation almost a year in advance. I had booked 4 nights accommodation st the hotel and prior to our arrival i emailed them to see whether there is anything we need to know before we get there. We found out that the hotel did not have our reservation and because they were fully booked we had nowhere to stay . The hotel wrote that they have problems with their booking site from time to time and that is what happened in our case. No help was offered and no response to any of my emails and could not reach them by phone neither. I believe it is very poor service, especially that they know there is a problem with their booking system. I would not recommend this hotel, they are unreliable.

Excellent hotel! Fun experience in Budapest with recommendations from the hotel crew. Great breakfast and a very nice room. The room include a huge bed a table and a nice sofa. There is a nice spa in the hotel and you get fluffy robes that make the experience even better!

If the taxi driver hadn’t known where we were staying we would never have found it! Firstly we couldn’t get through the large door as they were operated by the reception! Upon entering we realised this was not so much a hotel as a 2nd floor set of apartments! As the other floors appeared to be private homes! The lift …….. was old and decrepit! The rooms appeared to be clean although I think more effort could be made! If you left the note for the cleaners to come in, that is literally all they did… come in, they folded the duvet on the bed. The coffee and tea making facilities were fine although you had to ask on a daily basis for more as we were only given 2 pods at a time! Upon checking out, well there was no one on reception to check out with, and this was 6 in the evening! Overall a disappointing experience

Estivemos 4 noites no Budapest Museum Central e só posso dizer bem. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e disponíveis. O quarto era excelente, amplo, limpo e muito confortável. Cama king site super confortável. Voltaria a este hotel e recomendamos a quem quer ficar numa localização super central, frente ao Museu Nacional da Hungria, com metro, autocarros e elétricos à porta, um sítio muito confortável e com um preço muito acessível. RECOMENDAMOS MESMO!

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 giorni in questo hotel. Appena arrivati ci hanno detto che la camera era pronta alle 15. Arrivati puntuali, aspettiamo altri 15 min, e qui ci sta.. non è nulla. Arriviamo sul letto ed era pieno di peli e capelli, il pavimento del bagno non era lavato molto bene, anche sul wc c’era qualche pelo. Non abbiamo detto nulla perché dopo 4 ore di viaggio eravamo stanchi. Quindi abbiamo pulito le lenzuola sbattendole un po’ per far cadere i peli per terra. Vedete foto. Poi a Budapest è freddo in questo periodo, c’erano 10 gradi e dalla finestra della camera passava anche un po’ d’aria, quindi abbiamo chiesto se possibile (dato che c’era) di accendere il riscaldamento (condizionatore aria calda). Mi è stato detto: devo chiedere, non lo so, chiederò e ovviamente non ci hanno fatto sapere più nulla. Quindi di ritorno in hotel ho chiesto di nuovo se fosse possibile, ma la risposta è stata negativa. Alla fine ho chiesto delle coperte, che sono arrivate anche se non so, sembra avessi chiesto la luna. Infine un receptionist in particolare non era molto simpatico e accogliente. Do due stelle SOLO per la posizione, molto centrale, collegato benissimo.

Es una excelente opción si uno quiere estar bien ubicado, con habitaciones limpias y buenas, y con un servicio básico. Es decir, sin desayuno ni servicio permanente de atención. A no temer con la imagen del ingreso. El acceso es seguro y el patio interno, que llama la atención, es típico de muchas edificaciones históricas de Budapest. El personal del hotel, muy amable y servicial. Habitación cómoda y amplia. Baño también!

Oldukça merkezi konumda, Buda tarafında neredeyse her görülecek yere yürüme mesafesinde diyebilirim. Giriş yaptıktan sonra verilen anahtarla bina giriş kapısı, bina iç kapısı ve otel dış kapısı olmak üzere üç kapının da sol orta tarafındaki zil butonlarına temassız bir şekilde anahtarınızı okutarak rahatlıkla giriş yapabilirsiniz. Son olarak aynı anahtarlıkla odanızın kapısını açıyorsunuz. Tavanları oldukça yüksek ve ferah odalara sahip. Pencereler uzun ve demir parmaklıklı ve oldukça güvenlikli. Temiz, hijyenik çarşaf ve yastıklar. Odada LCD TV, mini buzdolabı, klima, su ısıtıcı ve saç kurutması mevcut. Duş ve lavobolar temiz. Şampuan, sabun ve bardaklar yeterli ölçüde ve sayıda. Giysi dolapları ve askılar yeterli. Kahvaltı satın almadık. Gerek akşam yemeği ve gerekse kahvaltı için tavsiye ettikleri restaurant ve cafelerin konum, adres ve fiyatlarının olduğu bir listeyi odalarda görünür şekilde masaya bırakmışlar, kolaylıkla inceleyip gidebilirsiniz. Biz yemek ve kahvaltı için tavsiye ettikleri yerlere gittik ve çok memnun kaldık. Eğer eşyalarınızı otelden ayrıldıktan sonra bir müddet bırakmak isterseniz 5 eur civarı ücreti var. Odalara bırakılan su, meyve suyu, kruvasan ve bitki çayı, nescafe ücretsiz. Resepsiyondaki personel oldukça nazik, saygılı ve yardımsever. 1-2 ay erken rezervasyon yaptırdık ve fiyatı bu konuma göre oldukça hesaplı. Yolu Budapeşte'ye düşenlere bu oteli tavsiye ediyorum.

No era lo que esperábamos. Hablaré primero de los aspectos negativos. En primer lugar está calificado como hotel de tres estrellas y, al menos en España, no pasaría de hostal de dos. Nuestro estudio no estaba en la recepción y nos enviaron a una calle cercana y oscura paralela a la avenida principal. Entras en un viejo portalón, de un muy antiguo edificio y te sitúas en el citado estudio. Como le dé al vecino de al lado ducharse a las tantas lo escuchas más que si estuvieras junto a él. Imposible dormir antes de que acabe y si pone el marcha la bañera de hidro parece que te has subido a un tren de mercancías. Es decir lo de la insonorización conque se anuncia no es cierta, al menos en el estudio nuestro.Por la mañana, al primer rayo de luz te despiertas porque las cortinas son cortas y entra luz por todas partes. Durante los cuatro días de nuestra estancia nadie entró para asear la habitación. Si eres tú el que se ducha, al no tener mampara ni cortina, aunque lleves cuidado inundas el baño. La Televisión no funcionaba. Pasamos de ello. En las fotos de las plataformas donde se anuncia el hotel hay errores como una descomunal piscina que obviamente no hay. Del exterior del hotel no hay ninguna porque si las ves no irías. Al contrario de otros comentarios recientes leídos, allí sólo se habla húngaro e ingles, ni una palabra de español.Y ahora lo positivo: Andando al centro de la ciudad hay entre 15 y 20 minutos a pie. En la Avenida principal a 300 metros hay una parada de metro y dos líneas de tranvía que pasan por delante del establecimiento. El "hotel" no resulta caro (67 euros la noche). El estudio cuenta con elementos para poder desayunar e incluso cenar allí. Se tuvo el detalle de ofrecer a la entrada unas cápsulas de café y leche junto dos croisanes. Nos guardaron las maletas a la salida durante dos horas sin cargo alguno. Y por último destacar (y eso es lo que salva algo nuestra estancia) al recepcionista Alain, superamable y cooperados con nostros en todo lo que pudo. Desde aquí le doy las gracias.
