ナイトキャップ アット カワナ ウォーターズ ホテル

Nice overnight stay in the Sunshine Coast. The Kawana Waters Hotel accommodation was good. Spacious, clean, well appointed. Quite. Located next to the hotel where food and entertainment are easily had. Also close to shopping, public transport and a few minutes walk to the beach.

Excellent location. The room interior is clean, even though the exterior is not that great. The swimming pool needs continuous cleaning. Bar opens at 10am in the morning and the service is very slow, causing delays to our next destination. Due to these delays, we wanted to get take away coffee, but that was also not allowed. Bar should improve their services.

Excellent location and very very nice facilities. I could not fault anything. I will not hesitate to stay there again. What a beautiful part of the world AAA+++

Great location, very easy and lovely people

Good value for the area and a great location. Bar and dining were convenient and the chicken parma next door was nice. Room was clean though the bathroom was a little tired. Mark down is for the cockroach family - daddy, mummy, baby cockroach that obviously live in the bathroom - they were pretty friendly though!

Nice room and friendly staff. Nice food at the pub and the stay included a free drink so bonus points for that!

There were no cloths or dishwashing liquid to clean up. There was a person staying two doors up who screamed and carried on the whole time I stayed. I was escaping domestic violence and this was a serious trigger to me. I also asked if there were adjoining rooms and although there was not, I was not aware that the outdoor areas had access to all people being able to walk up to my back door. This made me feel extremely unsafe. There were two slugs in the room and this is a safety risk to children. If they ingest these it can be fatal. The shower was tiny and uncomfortable and there was. Gap under the door large enough to hear footsteps of everyone walking past. I would not recommend this place to a single woman, especially one who needs safety assurances.

The carpet smells, old build, look like more terribly industrial area no presentable fronts reception. Very disappointed not whatsoever I so on the advertisement. I don't sleepover in a bar. The Hotel needs a urgent makeover and better reception to welcome the guests.

Staff and room were good -I found the Bed to be too soft. The Location was good and Kawana Hotel and meals were great.
