My experience at the hotel was very good. Each day my room was cleaned and the people working there were super friendly and welcoming. Alisaa Thakali was especially helpful and gave great customer service in the dining room each morning. I was a little disappointed though with the food menu and breakfast which was included as I felt that it was a bit limited and lacking in options. There was a lot of noise in the hallway outside my room. I also felt that the hotel was more overpriced than I expected. I was surprised that I paid a lot more in this Kathmandu hotel vs a 5 star hotel I have stayed in many times in Lakeside, Pokhara. Overall, the hotel was fine. The location was not very good, but the hotel can’t really do anything about it. I just needed to find a nice place to stay for a little retreat and this hotel did that. I enjoyed the pool which was relaxing, though dirty as many feathers would get inside from the pigeons nearby.

Best hotel , best food and wonderful , friendly staff , best view from the roof top bar as well as backside room . Highly recommended!! Had never experienced this gesture from staff and everyone very helpful , understanding even though i travel a lot .
