Regenta Place Sabrina Kathmandu Nepal

I recently stayed at the hotel and it was the worst room ever. There was water fungus on the ceiling which made the room feel damp and unclean. The food was the worst I've ever had, completely inedible and tasteless. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful, making the entire experience even worse. The bathroom didn't have any slippers, which is a basic amenity that was sorely missed. The internet connection was practically non-existent, making it impossible to get any work done or even browse the web. The TV only had cable with no internet connection, severely limiting entertainment options. To top it all off, the AC was malfunctioning, making the room either too hot or too cold. I would not recommend Regenta Place Sabrina to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay.

Very friendly staff and management staff (sales) are very helpful and nice ambience Food was very great and tasty . It is near to the city with amazing views of hills and city view in nights. The rooms are comfortable and very clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff are very good.

Reception looks nice and lovely. Staffs really welcoming and respectful. Room wasn’t the best. Cotton hook almost falling apart, bedsheets and towels dirty white. Breakfast could do with a bit of variety. Construction still ongoing next to hotel with load noise.

It will be a very nice hotel once is finish the construction that they have it has beautiful views which give 5 Stars to the Hotel just the cleaning sometimes was not enough they didt changes the beddings since i stayed there. But the rest was super nice i love it.

I visited this hotel for lunch with family and found it has a great outdoor infinity pool in the roof top. Hotel is kept very clean and tidy. Food served was really quick and we found the staff there very friendly and courteous. I recommend everyone to visit this hotel when you are around the vicinity of Budhanilkantha.

Hotel Sabrina has exceeded my expectations and is great value for money in Kathmandu. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the facilities, including the bathroom, are excellent. All rooms have a separate balcony to sit and enjoy the view over the city and the nearby mountains. The rooftop restaurant, which is far above the roofs of the surrounding buildings, is the hotel's unique selling point. The ambience and the outstanding quality of the food invite you to linger. In addition, there is a cosy infinity pool and a very well-stocked fitness centre. I visited the latter almost every day during my stay and was very happy with the high-quality equipment. The hotel is located in the much quieter north of the city. Nevertheless, it is easily accessible by public transport, taxis and Pathao, the Nepalese Uber app. For day hiking, the beautiful Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park is basically just around the corner. Shivapuri Peak, at 2,732 meters altitude, overlooks the whole of Kathmandu valley and offers stunning views of the Langtang Massif, including the Langtang peak at 7,234 meters altitude. Finally, I would like to highlight the staff. Rarely have I experienced such helpful, friendly and attentive service personnel. Individual requests were always addressed, and I was also given great support with special requests. For example, I had forgotten my headphones on my plane and needed help to reach the Lost and Found Office. The staff then assisted me to research the correct contact numbers and organized a car to bring me to the airport and back to reclaim my headphones. Overall: A fantastic stay, and next time I come to Nepal, I will definitely come back here!
