Regrettably, my recent resort stay fell short of expectations. Outdated facilities, inattentive staff, and underwhelming dining left me dissatisfied. For the price paid, I strongly recommend exploring alternative accommodations.

I stayed one night in this resort the area is very nice peaceful I like the room and breakfast. Sadly I am sorry to say the customer service in this hotel is ZERO!! Check in process was hassle staff did not gave me any hotel orientation since this resort is in big area orientation is most important. Letter manager came and escorted me to the room he was very nice. I order a glass of milk for my baby the cost was like too expensive as if I ordered Gold plated milk. I called reception for the breakfast timing the lady on the phone sound so rude!! During check out they did not even asked how was my stay was, the lady sitting on guest relation did not even smile at last I said thank you to all but no reply from anyone.!! It is very Sad that KGH group is that bad??? I’ve never thought of that. Management really need to look in to this matter their staff required Hospitality Training.

Must visit here. Food quality is very nice. Visited with my family. Everyone enjoyed a lott Very professional behaviour by Parash Kadel. He helped us to plan our trip. Hotel staff is very good. They provide awesome breakfast and the ambience has all green everywhere

A friend and I came to the Park village resort and purchased a pool pass and had lunch at the restaurant. Parash Kadel was our server for lunch and made our dining experience second to none. He was very kind and helpful in explaining all the menu options and recommended some of the best dishes I have had! Our experience here was wonderful and we can’t wait to visit again.

Serene environment. Ate at earth restaurant, am impressed by Mr Paresh Kadel’s hospitable & professionalism. thumbs up to Paresh 👍🏼 nice neighbourhood. wifi coverage is covers the entire property.

The food and service was generally excellent. Parash is the best manager they have, he was brilliant and helped out with things outside his purview all the time when he was on duty. For the event we ran, the service was very good. Sometimes we had to ask for simple things like a whiteboard and whiteboard markers, but the response was prompt. It was nice that hotel offered an airport transfer, but disappointing that it came with a gringo-tax (it was double the cost of requesting a taxi using an app). I found the painting of a naked woman in my room inappropriate. The rooms were nice but the double bed mattress was *extremely* hard. I ended up sleeping in the smaller single bed for my entire stay. The do-not-disturb tag broken and I was disappointed that when I tried to prop it up near the door, it was ignored and housekeeping came anyway. Please pay attention to that. Overall, the grounds are very pretty and spacious, though some parts look a bit run-down.

the room is stuffed with mussy and bathroom curtain is dirty. Rooms celling is moist looks like ghost house. I will not recommend anyone. Only surroundings are greenery other than that hopeless room cleaning.

This was this rude attendant called Indhra. Just check his attitude Shakya ji. I was here with a whole business team and I was like awed by this young lad and his attitude. He was like an administrator rather than a service person. Felt like I was here to have his mercy

It was a very pleasant stay. All staff were very attentive, especially I would like to say thank you to Mr Parash kade; he was very helpful to us and resourced everything we needed. Thank you for an amazing stay and good memories. Thank you we will definitely visit again.
