We stayed here on 21-22nd February (one night and a spa session), and on checkout, we shared the following observations:
1) There is an air gap on the patio door for the room we stayed in
2) As a result, with the heavy rain, we had a wet carpet by those patio doors
3) The hand wash was empty, which seems very poor when we are recovering from a global pandemic
4) The shampoo and shower gel dispensers were also empty
5) The mastic and grout around the shower was black in places
6) One cracked tile in the bath / shower
When we left, the manager my wife spoke to declined a copy of our photos, and promised a response that afternoon.
We then chased 2 weeks later for a response, but again, nothing other than being told our email had been shared to the manager.
So, we enjoyed the Spa and everyone was friendly, but let down by the state of our room and the awful follow up from the senior management at the hotel.
