Disappointed with our room. We had been located within the under construction area way in the back. Felt we were in solitary confinement being in the area where there was no one around us because of the remodeling of the rooms around us.Lock on the door was broken and had to let front desk be notified. Requested a different room but was denied due to no extra room available. Not enough wash cloths to take a shower. Nice place but dissatisfied with the outcome.

Love this place

When I first walked into my room the fire alarm was peeping so they changed my room. When I went into the next room the people before the room left the ac on and it’s cold outside. So it’s freezing we tried to get heat in the room but when we called front desk they said they don’t have heater that they can provide extra blankets. Then by accident I started my period which I wasn’t suppose to start my period so I bleed thru the sheets and the bed spread. Because I signed that any accidents in the room you have to pay $250. 00 dollars which I did. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and get a better hotel stay. I froze at my stay here.

We had 4 adults in our room. There were 3 towels and one wash cloth in the room when we checked in. No bedding for the pull out sofa bed. When we went to get more hand towels and wash cloths we were told they didn't have any.

The only thing I have to complain about is that the floors were dirty my kids walked around with socks and they were literally black within 3 minutes other than that everything was great

My stay at this location wasn’t but wasn’t good either, the hotel itself seems to be in the middle of remodel (I think) would I stay there again, more likely yes then no, but it’s not my first choice. Room had a lot little challenges, the AC was not working, many outlets not working, lights we some challenges. The hotel unfortunately is very dated, but still has potential the style of the hotel is unique, very solid vibe but needs a lot of TLC

This hotel has been through some ownership changes and still under renovation. The rooms are clean, but the property is not maintained well. They do not have enough linens for the room. I had to request multiple times. No security, people were fighting outside in the middle of the night and it did not stop until they were finished. I don’t plan on staying here again.

It was a good hotel , pretty close to Disney, knotts and medieval times. the only problem we had was that the heater was stuck on full blast all night I almost got a heat stroke The drawers wouldn’t stay shut But the desk workers were nice and it’s good for the price
