They still your booking money dirty and awful , poor customer service

The exterior facade leads to disappointment for the room inside Its small with little walking space. As soon as I set down my bag on the bed i notice a cigarette burn-on the top sheet used as a cover/comforter! And then another and another!! So I ring the front desk for fresh, clean replacement of bedding. They arrive within 10-20 minutes , i thank them. I pull the raggedy ones off and now there are also cigarette burns on the sheets. I booked a non-smoking room. Hmmm? Now I’m trying to overlook the fact and reason that all guests aren’t cut of the same cloth and the bedding did look as if it stayed for another visit once the guests were gone. But now as i unfold the promptly delivered fresh set they are slso designed by cigarette burn holes!!! Having pulled the pillows away from the headboard I see some sort of streak across the headboard that house-keeping didn’t. Oi vey! Now I’m walking to fetch a hot soapy washcloth , it seemed laundrred, I mean it was folded. Now on the wall where the towels are stocked it looks like a bad wipe off the walls of blood splatter? No matter cuz even if it was hair dye or chocolate it shouldn’t be left for anyone to notice!!! I was shocked with an assumption that house-keeping needs better sanitation training. I wanted to check out to book hopefully a sanitary room from anther Hotel Motel Holiday Inn! But everyone was booked and there weren’t any within my meager limits. And I spent $100 on this booking! I should have taken pictures as proof of my remarks but i was just keeping my wits not to go off into my darkness. Well you can always go see for yourself! The cable signal was horrible, the rooms were dirty, customer service was very bad! They started construction upstairs of our room at 8am. They made no mention of this to us when we checked in. And when I went to complain about this to the manager, he pointed to a small sign to side of the front desk that mentioned the construction. I continued to complain about their problems, and he kicked us out! We had to pack up and leave immediately!!! I will never patronize this facility again!

I LIKE THE EASE OF CHECK-IN, I REALLY LIKED THE PRICE. FOR THE COMPLAINS THAT ARE RECEIVED, YES THE FLOORS WERE NOT NEW, THE WALLS HAD DAMAGE, THE TOWELS WERE CLEAN BUT HAD OLD STAINS. BUT FOR THE PRICE I WENT,I SLEPT,I BATHED AND LEFT. PERFECT. I ENJOY CAMPING SO THE LITTLE THINGS DONT BOTHER ME. GOOD PLACE TO GO SLEEP AND LEAVE. BATH ALSO JUST DON'T EXPECT NEW TOWELS. TAKE YOUR OWN AND DON'T FUSS. OR IF THAT REALLY BOTHERS YOU PAY 2 - 3 TIMES MORE FOR ANOTHER PLACE.

AC unit in my room was noisy. It sounded like it was on its last leg. The front door rattled and sounded like knocking whenever anyone near by would close their room door or walked on the second floor.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the room we were given was in poor condition with roaches everywhere and bedbugs present as well. We were offered another room with was a little nicer and had no roaches or bedbugs. They seriously need to take better care of their rooms. It was a horrendous site getting our first room in it's deplorable condition. But I'm glad they were nice enough to give us a different room right away, so I do give them credit and appreciation for that.

Went to stay at the hotel for the night after Knotts with my kids. Around 3:30 in the morning there was a knock at the door which I didn’t hear , my kid woke up scared and peeked out through window and seen two people with flashlights. My son didn’t tell me till the next morning. But he was frightened by the knocks at the door. I didn’t like that experience and wouldn’t stay again .

Nothing really to say. Its a Motel tucked away. Not bad.. Be careful with people around you. Lock your doors ..
