the location could not be better. lots of restaurantes and coffee shops and stores are very walkable

Booked this hotel for a pre-cruise stay because of its location nearer the new boarding spot for the cruise. GREAT location. But mid day on the second morning the air conditioning unit quit and we reported that to the front desk as we left for the day. We returned late that afternoon and found it was fixed. BUT at about 7PM the AC unit stopped working again (again "E4" message on the unit) and we had a somewhat uncomfortable night in a rather warm room. Of course they said they would fix it as we departed, but..........

Great breakfast!!!!! Rooms were very nice and bed very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Good shower comfy bed very poor wifi none round pool. Thin walls fridge did not cool but no ice available when requested lack of maintenance average breakfast

I want to mention that my room 603 on those dates costs: $2,862 usd on your ******* reservation. The same type of room 605 on the same dates, made by my daughther Thaly Slomovitz on BOOKING costs: $1,732 How can it be such BIG DIFFERENCE?? so I decided NOT TO BOOK ANYTHING WITH ******* ANYMORE, for me this was a such a BIG ROBERY, sorry, but this is shame on you!! a diference of $1,130 usd a clear ROBERY how will I get this REFUND...??? I'll wait for your ANSWER with my reembursent of those $1,130 usd or where can i send the reservationS to see this big ROBERY...??? So I'm WAITNG HERE....

While there was a slight language barrier for us as English speakers, we didn't feel as though the hotel staff was willing or interested in helping us navigate the city or our plans. One of the front desk attendants did help us make a dinner reservation one night but besides that, we were told to google the answers we were looking for. We wanted to change and wash up before heading to the airport since we checked out of our room and the "spa" which is shared with another property was essentially abandoned. There were no towels for the pool or spa, no toilet paper, napkins or soap in the bathroom and we ended up going to the airport to wash our faces and change.

Do not recommend it: very poor service, not clean. For examples, mattress was only covered a single bedsheet, without any mattress protector nor undersheet. Lobby bathroom was not clean and smelly. The lobby staff asked rudely to pay room extras while we did not do the check out and they previously told us it was ok to pay when we leave end of afternoon. Our stay at CasaSur Recoleta was great, this stay CasaSur Bellini on the same week is not up to the quality standards.

The room was great and staff was friendly and helpful. They did a great job communicating with the venue and arranging a taxi for a tango show when the company we had booked through did not show up. It was much appreciated! The neighborhood is great, tons of restaurants and shops.
