Decent hotel in good location. Nice sized room in good condition. Not good soundproofing between rooms. Halls are painted black with poor lighting - odd choice. Mediocre breakfast. Good gym. Our stay was prepaid but they put a $130 charge on my credit card that they claim is a pre authorization- have never seen one come through in that way so I’ll learn when I get home.

Our recent stay at CasaSur Hotel was marred by both the events on a particular evening and the post-stay experience. Upon check-in, we were informed about a party on the floor above us, assured it would end by 1 AM. Contrary to this, the party continued loudly until 3 AM. Our attempts to call the front desk for assistance were unsuccessful as our calls were diverted to the hotel's voicemail system. This forced us to get dressed and go to the lobby in person to complain, a step we had to repeat several times throughout the night due to the ongoing disturbance. Despite these efforts, the hotel staff were unable to mitigate the noise issue, leading to a significant disruption of our peace and sleep. The next day, we discussed our concerns with the hotel manager (H.C.), who acknowledged the inconvenience and promised a refund. Unfortunately, this promise has not been honored. Subsequent attempts to reach the manager or communicate through the travel agency that booked our stay have been fruitless, with no response or resolution to date. While there might have been positive aspects of the hotel, these incidents overshadowed our overall experience. It is disheartening that the hotel has not only failed to manage an in-stay disturbance effectively but has also shown poor follow-through in resolving post-stay customer service issues. I hope this review informs potential guests of the challenges we faced and encourages the hotel to improve their communication and commitment to customer service.

I stayed at CasaSur Palermo twice in the span of my 10 days visit to Argentina in 2022. I will not discuss the cleanliness or the amenities of the hotel. They were great, but you can find that in many other hotels in Buenos Aires. What was most impressive was the staff, their attention to detail and wonderful demeanor/attitude towards the hotel's guests. Everyone at the hotels spoke English (big plus) and made you feel right at home from the moment you approached the reception area. Just fantastic staff! Also, I always travel with my own pillow (just can's sleep on hotel pillows). When I departed the hotel after my 3 day stay I left the pillow at the hotel by accident. Bummer! Knowing that I was coming back at the hotel 2 days later, I called the hotel to see if they found my pillow. The staff told me "Not to worry, we already have your pillow and it will be waiting for you when you come back". Needless to say, the pillow was waiting for me on the bed when I got back to the hotel two days later. I mean, small things matter. And CasaSur checked every box when it came to small things....I highly recommend this hotel. You will be very pleased.

The staff was so rude and not friendly, We stayed at the SLS before our stay here and loved that much better! We stayed for 4 nights. The location is perfect but I would rather stay at a further hotel location for better staff and service. The front desk staff would only give us one key. They said it was a rule. My friend or I had to take turns getting escorting to our room so they could let us in. I was asking the kitchen staff for almond milks. They have it. I guess they assumed I didn’t understand Spanish, they were talking about us and laughing in our face. They never greeted us when we would arrive in the hotel or in and out of the hotel. The only time they were nice was at checkout. Also, I saw ants in the room around the snack bar.

For a four star hotel at this price, we were disappointed. The staff who checked us in weren’t overly friendly or helpful. We wanted to check in, order room service and relax. It took 3 trips back to the front desk to get into our room and get the lights turned on. Then we called the front desk and room service line a few times before eventually ordering food outside the hotel. They wouldn’t let the person bring it up so we had to go back down and get it. The room was really nice and very clean. The cleaning staff were good. One additional item we didn’t expect from a hotel of this price was that they charge for every single item (for example we had to pay for each coffee we wanted in our room in the morning). No free morning coffee in your room at an 4 star hotel was surprising. All in all we had the same level of service we received from 2 star hostels that cost a quarter of the price.

We stayed here on 3 separate occasions whilst on a 3 week trip to Argentina. It is very clean and smart, and in a pleasant part of the city, and seems well situated for the Aeroparc for flights within Argentina. The rooms are comfortable, with TV, minibar and coffee machine. The bathroom is spacious with bidet and a good shower. The wifi works well. There is a spa and rooftop terrace. Breakfast is served in buffet style in the next door vegetarian restaurant (through a communicating door), and is both plentiful, attractively presented and very delicious (although the aqua caliente for tea-making is not that hot, a common complaint for the Englishman abroad!). That aside, these were the best breakfasts of our whole trip. Checking in after a long journey near midnight on one of our stays, however, the night receptionist couldn't get the computer to issue a room pass card to us, and we had a farcical palaver having to download an app with password, which wouldn't work on our first smartphone so we had to do it all over again with our second. And of course when we got up to our room, we could open the door but had no pass card to turn the lights/sockets on in the room, and had to get a member of staff to provide one. What a fiasco!

I recently stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. I have everything good to say about it . The location is near restaurants and bars in very secure neighborhood of Palermo. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They had wonderful recommendations of things to do. The hotel is very clean and well kept right next to an awesome café is you decline the hotel breakfast. The hotel offers a free tour of the city with a guide who is very knowledgeable of the city and speaks both Spanish and English fluently. I highly recommend

Staff was great from the start. I had really heavy bags, and it was nice that the team grabbed them and took them to the room as well as in the cab. When I left, the bag storage was great so I could roam around town. Let an expensive hat in the room when I checked out and they had saved it for me.
