The personnel were extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good. The pool is small but comfortable. I would stay here again.

no English speaking channels on the TV. The bathroom didn’t have a 110 outlet and my converter would not work either. Over all our stay was fine. The staff was excellent.

Duque Hotel Boutique & Spa is a very comfortable hotel located in the heart of Palermo in Buenos Aires. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great little hotel- incredible staff from the front desk to the maids to Edith who makes your eggs in the morning- great area & can enjoy nice walks to some of the best restaurants in the country

The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional. I had some trouble communicating with other hotels before our stay in Argentina, but not with the Duque. They were responsive every time. They arranged a taxi for us from the airport for a resonable cost, which was so helpful. And they were just so friendly throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and you could tell that great care was taken to make sure the common areas were welcoming and kept well. It was also exceptionally located. We had friends joining us a few days into our stay- and as soon as we got back the day they arrived the person working the front desk couldn't wait to tell us "Your friends are here!" with a smile and excitement that matched our own. I would recommend the Duque to anyone.

It was a good safe location. I did feel it was disappointing that I saw it advertised for 60 dollars less than I paid after I booked!
