朝食はかなり単調で、果物はありません。

Well the hotel looks golden & shiny💥 but it’s not even rusted iron… Our complaints: - small room and somebody planned a huge column in it 👎🏽 - sound coming through the walls, - radiator in shower wasn’t connected, - leaking shower, floor flooded, - water-cooker and fridge not working, - it was bloody hot or freezing 😖. Lots of bling bling, everywhere ‘repairs’ with tape, a really cheap impression ! They once invested quite an amount and then let it deteriorate, sad… The only thing was a good breakfast but that’s certainly not enough to save this review... ! I’d suggest new management to give it back some shine !

The room provides two tea two coffee and ONLY TWO SUGAR SACHETS Be prepared to pay 5000 som per sugar sachet.. You are told only at check out that sugar is chargeable. There us no notice in the room to indicate that extra sugar is charged... When I reported this to my travel agent he quipped WHO EVER CHARGES FOR SUGAR....UTTERLY RIDICULOUS... The hotel manager is not available to address these issues. Pathetic.....

Nice Hotel. Sumptuous breakfast. Although there was confusion about our booking and had to wait for our travel agent to sort out and was given tiny rooms, the Manager was courteous and shifted us to proper good rooms next day. May be there was some conference there, but better coorfinayion needed. Uzbekistan full of colour, courtesy and lllots and lots of History, seems to have duddenly woken up fpr more and more touridtd.

Good hotel, wonderful breakfast. Bathrooms are outdated. Impossible to use shower without flooding entire bathroom floor.

Looking at the architecture of this building, it must be a hotel built during the Russian period. I chose this hotel to use the swimming pool. In reality there is an interior and an exterior. Both are quite enjoyable. Our superior room was quite good but the finish of the tiles and bathroom taps are not up to Western standards. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet is varied. This is the fifth hotel we have visited in Uzbekistan and this is the first where the majority of the reception staff are quite rude and where we are asked to pay for the room at reception. For all other hotels visited, payment is made upon departure. This goes in the same direction as the lack of welcome at reception. When I ask to change money the reception tells me to deal with the hotel ATM which has been broken for two days but is not willing to help me or change the money. In other hotels either the staff came to help me at the ATM or did the change un directly at reception which is refused here. In this hotel you absolutely should not expect the staff to try to help the costumer. All this is a shame because if the staff understood that they are at the service of customers the hotel would not be bad.

Few times I felt so good in an hotel, helpful staff, very spacious room and bathroom with functioning hairdresser, lots of personal hygiene items and towels. Good air conditioning. 65'' flat tv and minibar(a little expensive) very big and comfortable bed (double). Good cleaning service. Huge selection at breakfast, very big lobby with a good bar and restaurant, there is another just outside the building. There is also a spa and pool (but I didn't use it).laundry and ironing available at request.good wifi. The hotel is 3km from the hystorical centre of bolukhara but with an unespensive taxi ride you've your job done. Lots of shops across the road. Just put an antislide mat on the shower marble floor

My worst experience over a 4 week Silk Road trip. Left me with a horrible impression of Bukhara and an impression of corruption being quite widespread in Uzbekistan. No problems in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Booked a room on the hotel website directly some time in advance and availed of a 10% early booking discount. Two days before arrival the booking was cancelled by the hotel with no explanation. Many telephone calls / Whats App messages to hotel and emails - informed hotel was overbooked and to try to rebook on website. No rooms were available. Hotel staff kept telling my translator (spoke fluent Uzbek and Russian) that I must contact *********** as it was the problem of that company. I had booked directly with hotel and did not use that website. Wasted lots of time trying to resolve the cancelled booking to no avail. Turned up to the hotel to deal with the cancellation and a very rude, sarcastic and in fact unpleasant manager, Nazokat, made many excuses but offered no resolution other than to offer a highly inflated price new booking. I had reserved at 3.4m Som (about US$300) for a 2 night stay with breakfast. Nazokat insisted my problem was with *********** and suggested leaving to find an alternative. She then relented and offered a room at 25m Som (US$2200) for a room. Eight times the price originally contracted. I initiated contact with the Tourist Police and suddenly the excuses stopped and I was sold a room on a new booking at the original rate. I paid immediately. Upon departure I had to insist on a receipt as one was not offered. The whole stay staff was rude and treated me as the guest who made a fuss and was awkward. So delighted to leave. If Nazokat is an example for Uzbekistan tourism it will falter and never succeed. It was the worst experience in an otherwise delightful Silk Road trip. Bukhara well worth seeing bu, from my experience, don't depend on this hotel honoring your booking and expect to be impacted by rip off and corruption. Disgusted with this property.

This hotel situated in a good part of the city. Unfortunately inside of this old building rooms are small and extremely uncomfortable. Old and firm mattresses, cheap linens. Very uncomfortable bathroom with bad made in China shampoo, soap, etc. Breakfast is OK. Not recommended. Avoid!
