Bedsheets are terribly dirty. Room condition is also bad and dirty. Inform receptionist exchanged bedsheets or room immediately for me, he told me housekeeping went back, he can give me clean bedsheets and ask me exchange by myself Really disappointed for attitude and service

The bedsheet have spotted color. i dont know what it is. last min i change hotel. even tho i already done payment.

Water heater not working... Electric Kettle also malfunction...

Good place bto stay with your friend and family because its comfortable

Perfect location. Easy to travel. Safele. Location near to shoplets easy to buy things. Overall is good experience.

This hotel is in recovery process i believe, after C19 PKPs. Even the towel is old one, a/cond & TV remotes not functioning- got to on manually☺️. A lot more RM injections needed to come back on foot, i believe. Though, rooms are still fully occupied by guests. Location near/within Ayeh Keroh still attractive! Hopefully can recover faster! Tq

Sorry the room is very dirty and smelly... there a no lift so need to use a long staircase very tired

1.Hotel condition dirty and not properly cleaned and maintain. 2. Room condition dusty and dirty 3. Mattress got spots, tear, dirty @ unwashed 4. Mold all over the room 5. Toilet dirty, mold, not properly clean 6. Floor sticky, dusty and dirty. 7. Curtain dusty and got missing part 8. Television not functioning at all

Receptionist was very kind to help. However the room condition is very dirty. It is pretty if we look outside the building but inside is far below expectation. Need to repaint the hotel as the room looks like ******* hotel. Quite smelly due to mole on the floor. Pay for RM65 per room. I did not expect special treatment/facilities but at least keep it clean.
