Googleでは4つ星ホテルと表示されていますが、実際は3つ星ホテルといったところです。禁煙者にとっては、ロビーとエレベーターでの喫煙が非常に不快です。さらに、ホテル自体が古く、稼働しているエレベーターは1基しかないため、部屋まで歩くのに時間がかかります。リクエストをするには何度もフロントに電話しなければなりません。ラウンジで何かを注文すると、お釣りをもらうのにかなり時間がかかります。立地は良いのですが、二度と予約はしません。

受付係は外見だけで客を選び、失礼で甲高い言葉遣いをします。 データは完璧であるにもかかわらず、彼らは依然として失礼です。彼らの言葉遣いは常に非難的で脅迫的です。 ある従業員が悪い評価を受けたからといって、その従業員はホテルがショップハウスだった頃からの常連客です。建物が良いほど、サービスは悪いです。 長期滞在には快適ではありません。 私が予約した部屋も、注文したものとは違いました。

スーペリアツインベッドルームは本当に狭くて、ベッドに横になるのが難しいです。

ジャム・ガダンにとても近く、徒歩わずか数分という非常に便利な立地です。スタッフは親切でフレンドリー、そしてとても助かりました。エレベーターは小さなものが1台しかなく、乗車人数制限が5人なので、待ち時間が長すぎます。甥っ子が歩いている時に、突然ゴキブリがシャツの上に止まっていたという出来事があったので、害虫駆除の改善が必要かもしれません。部屋の芳香剤も検討する必要があるかもしれません（コーヒーの香りの芳香剤を使っていますか？）。

空いていた最後のデラックスルームに案内されました。 入った瞬間、うわあ…トイレから漂ってくる臭いが耐え難いものでした。 この状況をホテルの経営陣に伝えました。 早急にこの問題を解決してくれることを願っています。

部屋のドレッシングは美しく清潔感がありました。 トイレとシャワーの状態も良好でした。 スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。 朝食も美味しくて最高でした。 ぜひ泊まってみてください。

The location is a plus — close to Bukit Tinggi attractions, making it easy to get around. The surrounding area is lively, yet the hotel itself feels calm and restful. Breakfast was decent with local options, and the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with requests or directions. Overall, a good value-for-money hotel in Bukit Tinggi, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. Would consider staying here again.

It is the best hotel nearest to every POI in bukittinggi. The hotel's Saka Cafe level 4 provides great ambience and view overlooking scenic town view and panoramic view of the mountain and valley. The superior family room we were staying in is spacious and comfortable most suitable for 3 people. The breakfast was decent serving traditional delicacy. Toast and cereal for kids are available. The seating is limited but there was no queue problem. The exception is the only lift operational is slow serving 6 levels. However, we got around this by using stairs which are quite steep and hard on my poor knees. So, if you are visiting together with elderly with walking difficulty perhaps it would be best to stay in the rooms nearest to the ramp nearby the reception.

Stayed here recently and loved the location. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Jam Gadang and the markets. The rooms are clean, the water pressure & water heater in the toilet are good and the staff is very welcoming. It’s a Syariah hotel, so the vibe is quiet and family-friendly. Great value if you want to be right in the heart of Bukittinggi.
