This is not a bad hostel, especially at the price. It is well located, being on a main road into the city centre and with good amenities nearby. However, our room was falling apart (loose fittings), there was no lock on the toilet door, and for some reason, the toilet was raised on a plinth (giving a new meaning to spending time on the throne). The room must have last been decorated somewhere in the mid 70s. No wifi at all and there is no 24-hour reception, as advertised. However, despite its shortcomings, the receptionist was friendly and helpful and we would certainly consider staying there again.
