計劃喀納斯行程時，原本衹盼着找個乾淨方便的中轉住處，沒想到這家民宿直接把期待值拉滿，成了整個旅程裏最難忘的驚喜！
老闆是土生土長的當地人，熱情得像自家親戚——剛到門口就主動幫我們提行李。坐下來聊天更覺驚喜，他不僅走過大半個中國，聊起各地風土人情時眼裡有光，説起喀納斯的小眾觀景台、最佳拍照時間，甚至哪家牧民家的奶製品最正宗，都如數家珍，瞬間幫我們理清了接下來的行程思路。
民宿的環境更是讓人住着舒心，房間收拾得一塵不染，床品柔軟得像裹着雲朵，窗外就是鮮花，晚上安靜得衹能聽見雨雪的聲音。
毫不誇張地説，這是我新疆之旅中睡得最香、心情最放鬆的一晚。離開時老闆還特意叮囑我們路上注意安全，這份心意特別暖。以後再來喀納斯，這家民宿絕對是我的第一選擇，也已經推薦給身邊打算來新疆的朋友了！

美中不足是吃早餐的地方，工作人員有一些呆呆的/好像很不開心…旅行團把吃過粥的碗放在乾淨碗上面，然後我和他們説要拿乾淨碗，那哥們回我“你拿下面的碗不就行了” 我愣住大概得有五秒鐘

環境幽靜，門前菜園漂亮，老闆娘熱情待客。老闆娘做飯好吃。主人家兩個孩子勤快大方。餐廳很大的，我們15人的團，有大桌子吃飯，還可以唱歌跳舞。臨時不夠房間，還幫忙聯繫她妹妹家幫忙解決。第二天早上的早餐也很好。15元/人的份量足，味道很好！

這次住你們家真的太驚喜啦！首先房間乾淨又舒服，佈置得特別温馨，床品軟乎乎的，晚上睡得超級踏實，完全沒有在外住宿的陌生感～最想誇的必須是阿姨！從我們到店開始就特別熱情，幫我們提行李、介紹周邊，像家人一樣親切。重點是阿姨的廚藝也太絕了吧！早餐麪條和小菜清爽入味，晚餐的家常菜更是有家的味道，每道菜都好吃到光盤，現在想起來還饞呢～住得舒服、吃得暖心，下次來一定還選你們家，已經把民宿推薦給朋友啦！

とても素晴らしい
JJulienxieホームステイには美しい上司がいて、とてもかわいい子羊を育てています🍇子羊𓃚
ホームステイのサービスは素晴らしいです。豊富な朝食だけでなく、アフタヌーンティーとスナックの供給もあります～コーヒー、飲み物、軽食、部屋の外のテーブル、太陽の下で小屋、子羊、ポニー、遠くない白樺の森、すべて癒されます!
部屋は2階建てで、木造住宅の部屋は少し窮屈ですが、窓の外の景色は素晴らしいです!
給湯器は水をすぐに沸かし、4人で洗うのに問題ありません!
部屋はラオクン3号線のハクンゴウ駅にあり、店の弟が荷物を受け取るために駅にやって来ます。
ホームステイから電気自動車🛵を借りることもできます。村は大きくありません。小さなバッテリーカーを運転するときにシャトルバスを待つ必要はありません。とても便利です。

匿匿名ユーザーAmazing stay at YiJing! The experience at the cabin was truly magical, with its one-window-one-framed view setting that effortlessly brought the beauty of the outdoors inside. Even the bathtub had a stunning vista, making every soak an indulgent retreat. The cabin’s full facilities, including a Dyson hair-dryer, floor warming and an auto toilet, added a layer of luxury that made us feel pampered at every turn.
The guest service was simply unparalleled. From the moment we were welcomed at the entrance by the friendly resident dogs, we felt right at home. The welcome drink and snacks, paired with a delightful afternoon tea, set the perfect tone for our stay. Dining recommendations were spot-on, ensuring we enjoyed the best local flavors. The turn-down service, complete with a delightful Chinese dessert soup as in-room support, was a thoughtful touch that highlighted their attention to detail.
One of my personal highlights was the Marshall speaker; it allowed us to fill the cabin with our favorite music, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt like our own little sanctuary. We were also gifted with a special Xinjiang gift upon our departure, which was a lovely surprise! Despite the rain and cold that greeted us upon our arrival in Hemu, our stay in YiJing more than compensated for the dreary weather. We truly enjoyed and loved every moment in our beautiful cabin, making memories that will last a lifetime.

ゲゲストBurqin Night Light City Hotel での滞在は最高でした。ホテルは近くの観光スポットへのアクセスが便利な素晴らしいロケーションにあり、夜景は特に素晴らしいです。
部屋は広くて清潔で、装飾も素敵で、暖かくて快適でした。ベッドは柔らかくて心地よく、ぐっすり眠ることができました。バスルームには必要なアメニティがすべて揃っており、お湯の供給も素晴らしく、ホテルの細部への配慮が感じられました。
サービスは抜群でした。フロントデスクのスタッフはフレンドリーで効率的で、チェックインとチェックアウトはスムーズで手間がかかりませんでした。また、役立つ旅行のアドバイスも提供してくれたので、旅行がさらに楽しくなりました。
ホテルのマネージャーである Luo さんに特に感謝したいと思います。彼は非常にプロフェッショナルで献身的でした。彼は並外れたサービスを提供し、私たちの滞在が快適で心地よいものになるようにしてくれました。彼の気配りとおもてなしは本当に違いを生み出しました。

The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services, This hotel (Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay) is indeed a hidden paradise,I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and serene surroundings,I had the best experience at Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay. Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, safe and secure environment, very delicious food at their restaurant, the staff are all amazing, kind and very helpful, A big Thank you to all the staff working there ( Shi Shi , Hanan . Sune Yue, all restaurant staff and waitress Hannan, and the guy who carved the delicious lamb meat and drove us to the bus station sorry forgot his name ) will see you guys again. I highly recommend Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay.

Fflora_leemeehwa民宿挺好 老闆很熱情 我們4大2小 住了一張1.8的床 和兩張1.2的床 老闆怕睡覺擠 特意送了一床被子在榻榻米上睡 禾木的房子太貴 想着6個人 住兩間4千多。不值當 所以定了一套複式 省了不少錢 老闆不僅送西瓜 葡萄乾送了倆盤 礦泉水本來有4個 又送了4個 拖鞋 一看我們人多多送了三個 確實給我們省了不少錢 也沒嫌棄 這麼多人睡 院子裏的花讓人很舒服 一家三口睡一張1.8的床 床品不錯 要改進的話 希望老闆在廁所的地方和馬桶中間做一個拉簾 這樣水不會蹦到馬桶上 因為木屋 條件有限 可以理解 總體來説 人多不想花太多錢的 我覺得可以考慮 誰的錢也不是天上掉下來的 經濟不景氣 該省則省 。性價比高 民宿乾淨

AAnneGYY這家雪域桃源中的民宿帶給我的温暖與感動，至今仍在心頭縈繞，不吐不快。這絕非一次簡單的住宿，而是一場被善意與妥帖包圍的完美體驗。
首先要大書特書的，是老闆無微不至的熱情。我們還在為如何從車站前往民宿而犯愁時，老闆的電話就主動打了過來，確認了抵達時間。一出站，就看見他笑着在寒風中等候，一邊利落地接過我們的行李，一邊説著“路上辛苦了，家裡都暖和了”，這句樸實的話瞬間消解了所有旅途的勞頓。後來才知道，無論多早或多晚的班次，他都會親自提供免費的接站服務，這份心意，在人生地不熟的遙遠北疆，顯得尤為珍貴。
推開民宿房門的一剎那，更是驚喜。房間比預想中還要精緻整潔，原木風格的裝修與喀納斯的自然風光相得益彰。最讓我這種“衞生潔癖者”滿意的是，這裏無論是地面、桌面還是衞浴設施，都光潔如新，找不到一絲灰塵與水漬，床品蓬鬆乾燥，散發著陽光的味道，這種優越的衞生條件讓人極度安心與放鬆。
而真正征服我們的，是在零下八度的嚴寒中，民宿給予的“硬核”温暖。喀納斯的夜晚寒冷刺骨，但房間裏的地暖給得極其充足，光腳踩在木地板上都能感受到融融暖意，我們甚至在屋裡衹穿單衣都覺得舒適。洗漱時更是體驗感滿分——熱水供應無比充沛，打開龍頭短短几秒，滾燙的熱水便噴湧而出，而且水壓非常大，洗去一身寒氣與疲憊的感覺，暢快淋漓，這在冬季的北方民宿中實屬難得。
第二天清晨，我們還享受到了民宿準備的早餐。雖非山珍海味，但熱氣騰騰的米粉、水果和牛奶，營養又暖胃，為我們開啟一天的冰雪之旅注滿了能量。
可以説，這家民宿完美地詮釋了“賓至如歸”。它不僅僅提供了舒適的住宿空間，更用老闆的真誠、設施的可靠，為我們構築了一個在冰天雪地中温暖、安心的“家”。如果下次還有機會再來喀納斯，這裏無疑是我的唯一選擇。這家絕對是喀納斯景區內住宿No.1了，毋庸置疑。

匿匿名ユーザーGetting to the accommodation is quite an experience and would have been confusing without a local, especially since these details are not available on Trip.com - entry tickets first need to be purchased to access the area. Thereafter, one needs to drive to a pick up point to board a public bus. The public bus will then send passengers to a drop off point where most hotels are located. This hotel had a vehicle to pick guests up from the drop off point but this would not have been known without prior communication with the local guide who was with us. The accommodation also gave us quite a scare when we were en route by telling us that another group had already occupied the rooms we booked - it later turned out that an error had been made on their end. Hotel is located within the self-contained tourist town which has a small provision shop and which is also where the pick up point for another mountain top tour is.
An upgraded room is what is reflected in this review. Otherwise, the actual room - much smaller without many of the amenities, would have been rather pricey. Bed was comfortable but water quality suspect at times. Room has heated flooring instead of air conditioning - it was rather cold (about 8 degrees) in the mornings.
Hotel provides a two-way private bus to see the sunrise on the mountain top, which was a real treat. There was some miscommunication between the bus driver and non-China tourists, which almost resulted in all of us not being picked up after the morning hike. Hotel also has complimentary jackets but this could have been made known.
Breakfast thereafter had a good spread. Booking also came with an afternoon tea, which the hotel staff gave discretion to be used at any time - for all drinks below 50 RMB. Also came with some nuts and mango cake.
A decent stay overall albeit with some hiccups.

ゲゲストCons: Receptionists creates much confusion and leave a bad experience. I won't return again unless the hotel do something about front desk customer service..
Before booking, they confirmed via wechat that the hotel provides free shuttle to ski resort and guests can use laundry room. Upon check-in, the female staff confirmed the ski resort shuttle service timing and said she will set up wechat group for me. Next day, i turned up at the agreed timing and she claimed that i should have contacted the driver directly if i needed the shuttle service and told me to wait in case there are more guests who wished to go to ski resort last minute. In the end, i never used this ski resort service as revised set off timing at 10:30am was too late. I only take the free shuttle to and fro the transfer station. Even then, the front desk often do not acknowledge my wechat messages, claiming they don't monitor the phone all the time. A few occasions, i had to wait in the cold. Towards the end, i just contacted the driver directly, who is more prompt.
There was one evening (about 6:30pm) i wanted to use the mini washer in the laundry room as i only had a light load and requested for help from the male receptionist on duty. He claimed the laundry room is only for the hotel's use. After I insisted, he told me he didnt know how to use the washer and told me the last wash must be before 7pm. How ridiculous! I know some hotels have laundry curfew but not so early. Some people may not even be back from the ski resort or dinner.
Pros: Polite driver and breakfast staff. Newly renovated, clean interiors. Great variety in breakfast menu with changes every day.

TTwinkledThe best part of the stay was the service of the staff. They helped us with our luggage, fixed the washing machine once we reported it wasn’t working, helped us boil hot water to throw in the air. That was the saving grace of the hotel.
The bad part of the stay was the room view wasn’t great, you look out of the window and you see other wooden cabins, so not much of the mountain and the room is quite small. The breakfast option was terrible as you have to walk to a nearby restaurant for food and they only give you one option of tomato egg noodles and that was it. They said because it is winter so there is no option. For the amount you pay for the hotel, the room and poor option for breakfast is really not value for money.
Not sure why the reviews are great for this hotel.
