This was a last minute booking and it was quite suitable for our needs, which was really just somewhere to sleep. The location is lovely, right on the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is quite tired but clean. The queen bed was very comfortable, however the pull out bed and bunk in the lounge room was very uncomfortable.

Diamond in the rough, would stay again nice and peaceful place with amazing views and family friendly. Thanks Steven.

What an absolutely amazing place. If you like a peaceful view every moment of your stay, including a day of heavy rain, nothing compares with this. We love to buy local seafood and eat it in our own peaceful surroundings. If this appeals to you, this is the place. The unit had everything we needed, and our host Steve was present, helpful and at the same time, unobtrusive. Would definitely come back.

A lovely relaxing place to stay.. plenty of areas to walk around in a pretty country seaside setting but relatively close to Ulladulla to meet all needs. Good little shopping area at Burrill Lake, General Store, bakery, fish shop, cafe, and paddle board hiring plus a couple of others. Units dated, not at all glamorous but in good clean condition in a nice area on the lake. NB reminder to all guests to bring protection from ‘biting insects’.

Enjoyed our stay. Units ar very spacious and tidy. Although they are looking very tired and could do with an upgrade. Overall Steve is very accommadating and it is a lovely place to stay.

Awesome location! Very relaxed a**osphere, the bed was comfy and fantastic water pressure. Only slight downside, is ease of parking, when you have a few larger cars. We loved it

I could stay here forever. Woke up early and walked past the small number of units to the private Jetty and sat on the seat ( very useful for those who can no longer get up and down!). Pelicans floated past as the sun rose. It is so peaceful. I also had a great nights sleep as it was so quiet. This is not fancy but it is clean and all the essentials here including laundry, small pool and a few kayaks! Well done to the owners who have kept them cost effective for travellers and provided a wonderful break.

The unit was easy to find. It was very clean and well appointed for a holiday stay. Ample room and a comfortable bed. Good communication. I will happily stay there again.
