Otelin iç kısımları bakımlı ama kaldığımız oda biraz eski idi. TV eski. Kasa çalışmıyordu. Kapıların bir elden geçmesi gerekir

Old building but in great shape, this hotel was visited by many local and international politicians, actors, singers. Great views over Bursa, great Spa and everything. It was the second time staying here and definitely not the last. Major problem, most staff are unable to speak English, not even at a very basic conversation level. It is very frustrating in a five star hotel not to be able to have a decent interaction with front desk or restaurant staff because of a language barrier.

Stayed for 1 night to visit the local area, was easy for us as we had a car but even if you dont the attractions are all together in the centre so just a 5 min car journey away & then everything on foot. The hotel is one of the oldest but has been refurbished & in immaculate condition although the bathroom had a dated bath & would have preferred a walk in shower. İts located high up with views over the whole city & opposite a beautiful park if you like a bit of nature and an Archeololgical museum so perfect location. İt has its own hot springs so definitely bring your swimwear & you can have a hammam experience (this is an extra charge but worth it) You cant visit Bursa & not have iskender & best place for this is in the Botanik gardens-dont forget to wander upstairs to check out the history Every day at 4pm theres the changing of the guards at the tomb by the clock tower-try to plan your day around this. Got peckish at around midnight & had the club sandwich, as you can see from the photo it was delivious & more than enough for 2. Would definitely recommend & stay here again.

One of the hotels we stayed as part of our group itinerary. Room amenities are functional. Toilet has bidet like set up. Air conditioning has heater set up since it was winter time. Quaint lobby. Thermal spa services offered. Fast and free wifi. Tv has limited channels and very few English language programs. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread at main restaurant quite respectable. Staff are polite and many of them had sincere smiles.

Wonderful hotel. Right across from a very nice park. Great location and wonderful staff. They have wonderful swimming pools; one of which has natural water. Cigdem (in the reception area) helped us often and she was amazing. Very helpful.

Me and my family stayed for 13 nights in this hotel and our experience was perfect. The reservation staff accommodated our requests without any issues. The reception staff was always friendly, cheerful, and helpful, and so was the housekeeping staff. The location of the hotel is good. The lobby area and the hotel cafe are good and comfortable to lounge in. And the hotel spa has a fantastic indoor thermal pool and a nicely sized outdoor pool. I would highly recommend Celik Palace to anyone visiting Bursa, especially families. Looking forward to our next visit.

Air condition was off. Staff told their system with winter mode so can't start air condition. At night was okay. Day time was hot.
