Hotel Spöttel

The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Television channels were lacking although coming to Bad Nauheim is more about getting around and not sitting around. If you come after 6pm, there is no one at the reception to greet you. An email will come in German and no English translation explaining how to get your key. Older place but that is part of the charm with it's Elvis room and Elvis shrine in the lobby. We didn't have the 12 Euro breakfast so no rating there. It is a short walk to all thing in the downtown shopping and sites to see area.

The lady at the front desk was the kindest, most professional and accommodating person we‘ve ever experienced. She really makes it welcoming. The room is very clean and has everything we need including a mini bar.

More like a bed and breakfast than a hotel, with a friendly and enthusiastic hostess. The hotel is a historic old house full of antiques and delightful decorations. Delicious breakfast buffet with friendly service.

The hotel has an Elvis theme, which I liked a lot. The lady that is the owner is very thoughtful and takes care of her guests. Great breakfast!!

Es ist ein sehr nettes, traditionsbewusstes Haus, in dem die Nostalgie reichlich ihren Platz findet. Die Zimmer sind sehr nett, etliche mit kleinem Balkon (lohnt sich!), Hausherrin und Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles sehr sauber - nur eines nicht: modern; und das macht den Charme des Hauses aus! Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig, ausschließlich gute Qualität! Jedem neumodischen Hotelbunker gegenüber zu bevorzugen!

Wir sind jedes Jahr 4-5mal in Bad Nauheim und haben vor einem Jahr dieses fantastische Hotel entdeckt. Das Hotel ist sehr besonders und wird liebevoll geführt. Die Lage ist zentral und alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit frischen und leckeren Zutaten. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im Hotel Spöttel.

Nettes Oldschool-Hotel. Der „Frühstücks-Butler“ trug weisse Handschuhe, das fand ich irgendwie toll. Man fühlt sich wohl als Gast.

Ich war geschäftlich eine Nacht dort gewesen. Sehr nettes, familiäres Hotel mit eigener Note. Große Zimmer. Sauber. Balkon bzw. Terrasse auch sehr schön. Das Frühstück als Büffet war in Ordnung. Insgesamt sehr netter Aufenthalt in Bad Nauheim.

Ein sehr charmantes und ruhiges Hotel. Freundlicher Empfang. Sehr City nah. Tolle Lage. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Geräumige Zimmer. Gute Einrichtungder Zimmer. Auch im Bad alles vorhanden. Viel Gastronomie in der nahen Umgebung. Schönes Frühstück. Einfach klasse.
