モーテル ロイヤル(Motel Royal)

The stay was excellent. Everything that’s needed was provided in the room. We even got a room facing the lake which had some amazing sunrise views.

This property is a one in my book. The place is clean, great location and tremendous value for your money, One minor occasion for improvement would be to replace the shower head we stayed in unit 31

The desk clerk conversed with me in French and English and was friendly and helpful. Parking in front of our motel door was too tight for our compact SUV but he let us park beside the close office entrance. My wife appreciated the room Keurig as she is a coffee addict. There was a fun looking Québécois pub next door and we were right across from a local public beach. This place would likely be a blast between St Jean Baptiste And Canada Day. It was October when we visited and the place was packed. That must speak volumes about the place… super clean and quiet.

This property is a gem, beautiful scenery, quiet neighborhood and a quaint impeccably clean motel. The best sleep also was a nice added bonus. Thank you Motel Royal Will be back from the Kawartha’s

This is a very simple motel - if you're looking for a luxe hotel, look elsewhere. That said, our stay was comfortable and quiet, staff were welcoming and helpful, and when you step onto the motel balcony the view is lovely. Good to note that the reception closes at 10 p.m. so late check-ins should call ahead to advise them. There is no restaurant on-site but it's a short walk or very short drive into the pretty town where you can buy delicious croissants, and you can buy extra coffee pods and juice at the motel reception. We will stay here again.

Really lovely motel, clearly recently refurbished with great cleanliness standards. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only issue was as a female staying alone I was quite uncomfortable that there are no locks inside the door. The door has a self-locking mechanism but I would have liked the added reassurance of a chain or similar.

Amazing view, 5 min to lighthouse and marina for a walk, groceries close also, we stopped halfway to our trip to PEI, would stop anytime, slept well

With the exception of the host who was quite welcoming to English speaking guests, there was no bilingual material in the room, specifically the special food menu, coffee service and TV information. If this is part of the Quebec government protocols then I guess travelers from outside of the province and country are not welcome.

Great location. Staff was able to help us in English. Quiet and clean. Thought the tea and coffee in the room should have been complimentary.
